The Non smoking apartment Mona is suitable for 3 persons and is located in a quiet side street Schönhagen, about 1000 meters from the beach. The apartment with about 48 m² living space has a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, a kitchenette with oven and dining area and a shower room and a furnished south-west terrace. You can also use the free Wi-Fi and there is a reserved parking space in front of the house. Pets are only available on request! Therefor 15 € will be charged for the pet cleaning. For stays of less than 7 nights in season B or C, a short trip surcharge is levied. For stays of two weeks a discount is granted. Bed linen and towels are not included in the rent, but can be borrowed from the Tourist Information for a fee of 15 € per person.

Ferienwohnung Mona

Im Großen und Ganzen war die Fewo in Ordnung. Auch das gute Wetter war auf unserer Seite - für unsere vielen Fahrradtouren unerlässlich 😊- . Allerdings muss es auch erlaubt sein, zu erwähnen, dass das Sofa schon recht durchgesessen und nur noch etwas für talentierte Rückgrat-Akrobaten ist. Die Baustelle und Handwerker unmittelbar gegenüber auf dem Nachbargrundstück - über die wir vorher nicht unterrichtet wurden - hat uns gottseidank nicht sehr stören können, weil wir jeden Tag recht früh mit unseren Fahrradtouren gestartet und auch erst spät nachmittags zurückgekommen sind. Dem guten Wetter sei Dank.

Schade

Auf den ersten Blick wirkt das Haus und Garten gepflegt. Doch betritt man die FW stellt man sehr schnell fest, dass die Bilder im Netz mit der Wirklichkeit auseinander klaffen. Die Wohnung ist recht abgenutzt. Vom Sofa ganz zu schweigen. Allein die Klobürste verweilt mit Sicherheit schon mehrere Jahre dort. Am Küchentisch sitzen macht einfach keinen Spaß. Leider hat sich der Vermieter, der dort selber lt. Tourist-Information oft urlaubt, auf die Beanstandung nicht gemeldet. Schade, denn die Raumaufteilung an sich ist gut.

Ostsee zur Erholung.

Wer Erholung und Ruhe sucht ist in Schönhagen am richtigen Ort. Das Mietobjekt entspricht voll der Beschreibung wie im Inserat beschrieben. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist das Schlafsofa. Zum normalen längeren Sitzen leider aus meiner Erfahrung nicht optimal. Zusammengefasst kann ich dieses Objekt aber weiterempfehlen.
