Our beach pearl: new, inviting and cozy. Lovingly furnished and designed for YOU.

The modern equipped 3-room maisonette apartment (about 75 m²) with a sunny west-facing balcony is located in a quiet location in the 1st. OG. The apartment was newly renovated in May 2017 and refurbished with quality furniture. The beautiful wooden elements give the apartment a special charm. Who loves the special and appreciates individuality even on vacation, will feel at home in the beach pearl.

The apartment has a spacious living / dining room with a new small but nice kitchenette that invites you to cook. The comfortable leather couch invites you to relax and if the weather is not at its best, the 108 cm (43 ") LCD SMART TV will keep you entertained. A beautiful daylight bathroom with shower and tub and the cozy bedroom, where a comfortable box spring bed (160x200cm, new) ensures a good night's sleep, round off the cozy ambience on this floor.

In the spacious attic you have another cozy bedroom with 2 single beds, which can be put together to form a double bed. A comfortable couch reading corner, which can also be used as a sleeping accommodation, completes the facilities. Free Wi-Fi, satellite.-TV, DVD player, music system and a parking lot are of course the beach pearl.
As pets, dogs are welcome, a dog beach is available.

Schönhagen

Schönhagen ist ein sehr schöner kleiner Ort sehr nah am Meer. Man kann gut zu Fuß hin gehen. Es gibt einen Bäcker und ein Café. Am Strand findet man auch einige Cafés und Restaurants. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, allerdings fehlte ein wenig Stauraum für Kleidung für 4 Personen und auch in der Küche war es etwas eng. Alles andere war gut. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war super, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
