•⁠ ⁠Unfortunately, the pool basketball hoop was damaged and has been removed for replacement. Sorry, this is currently unavailable.



•⁠ ⁠This villa is pet-friendly! All pets must be added to the reservation, and the applicable pet fee will apply.



•⁠ ⁠NO PARTIES. Parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited.



•⁠ ⁠We provide starter toiletries only. These are just to get you started, so please plan to purchase any additional toiletries you may need during your stay.



•⁠ ⁠Bugs & Critters: We routinely spray the property, but Florida’s subtropical climate means occasional bugs or critters may still appear. To help prevent this, please keep all windows and doors closed and make sure food is properly stored or disposed of.



•⁠ ⁠The backyard features beautiful, lush greenery, creating a peaceful tropical vibe. The pool and landscaping are professionally maintained 2–3 times a week to keep everything clean and fresh. Please note that with the natural surroundings and wind, a few leaves or small debris may occasionally fall into the pool or yard between cleanings.

Pre-Arrival: We'll provide all details for an easy check-in via Airbnb messaging.



During Your Stay: Reach out for assistance or recommendations.



Host and Maintenance Availability: We are available to assist with maintenance requests from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. From 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM, we will only be able to respond to urgent emergencies. Please consider that issues such as Wi-Fi, TV, or other minor fixes are not considered emergencies. Feel free to reach out at any time. Thank you for your understanding regarding our response hours.

Great house, great neighborhood

This is a great house for a large group. The back yard with pool and hot tub is phenomenal, and the neighborhood is nice and feels safe. If I had to nitpick, I'd say the lighting could be a bit better (all top-down lighting/no lamps), but that's about it.

Not Worth The Price

This rental house is currently for sale, which based on the state of the house it is clear the owner is not putting any effort into the upkeep of this house. The house is in poor condition, including:For a house that fits 18, there is not enough kitchenware to cook for that many people.The one pot in the house was scratched up inside and not usable. We only found one usable pan. The coffee maker had no pot, just a machine to brew coffee. The kitchen cabinets were peeling off. One of the kitchen sink handles was broken off.I messaged the host about some of these issues on day 2, and have not received a response. I understand it was the holidays, but we were staying for a whole week and did not get a reply.We found mold in several tubs. The hot tub had a terrible smell around it as well, which we suspect was mold.The porch ceilings also had what looks like mildew growing on it.After walking around the house on day 1, the bottom of our socks turned black, making it obvious that the house floors were not cleaned.Found cockroaches in the kitchen cabinets and the bathroom.The smoke alarm was detached and hanging off the ceiling in one of the bedrooms. The vent in the upstairs bathroom also was hanging off the wall.The only redeeming quality is the location of this house, it's in a nice area.

Great place

I took my staffs to this place and we were all thrilled about how nice and neat property we reserved for our stay. Very clean… Pool and hot tub what not… I was more enjoying here than a South beach honestly… but we went to South beach and some famous clubs to chill out! I recommend this for friends and family gathering and you will remember the experience lifetime!
