Enttäuschend, Realität entspricht nicht Objektbeschreibung

Unterkunft bereits älterer Standard, insgesamt aber sauber, überdachte Terrasse und Parken auf Grundstück gut. Sehr gutes W-Lan, großer Flachbildfernseher für den der es braucht. Unterkunft für 6 Personen wie in Beschreibung angegeben völlig ungeeignet, geht nur zur Not wenn sich das ganze Leben draußen abspielt. I. d. R. max. geeignet für 2 Erwachsene + 2 kleinere Kinder. Inneneinrichtung lieblos und völlig unpraktisch, sehr einfacher bereits in die Jahre gekommener Standard. Insbesondere in dem als Wohn-, Schlaf- u. Küchenraum kombinierten Zimmer (von Haus aus ein Unding bei der relativ kleinen Größe) ziemlich beengt. Völlig unpassend zur Raumgröße mit gedankenlos angeordnetem, unpassendem Mobiliar bestückt. Kochecke sehr klein und beengt. Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheit für 6 Personen geht gerade (besser nur 4). Im Wohnraum innen nur ein kleiner Tisch und 3 Stühle. Ein weiterer Stuhl stand im Schlafraum. Tisch steht an der Wand wegen für den Raum überdimensionaler Schlafcouch. D. h. innen können im Prinzip nur 2 Personen am Tisch sitzen. Geschirr für größere Personenzahl völlig unzureichend. Z. B. nur 4 Tassen, 3 Weingläser, 2 normale Gläser, kein Flaschenöffner, kein Korkenzieher usw. Die als Schlafcouch ausziehbare Couch steht im rechten Winkel zum Fernseher, kann deshalb zum Fernsehen nicht als Sitzgelegenheit genutzt werden. Ein Drehen ist nicht möglich, sonst geht die Türe nicht mehr auf usw. Insgesamt so nicht weiterzuempfehlen. Objektausschreibung zur Nutzung völlig daneben. Bei Reduzierung auf 4 Personen (z. B. 2 Erwachsene + 2 kleinere Kinder) und etwas ansprechende Neumöblierung Wohnraum und mehr Geschirr, könnte hier mit wenig Aufwand viel gewonnen werden. Dazu vielleicht noch 2 Liegestühle für die Terrasse und seitlicher Sonnenschutz. Selbst nur zu zweit hat man sich hier nicht wohlgefühlt.

Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Supermarkt und ein Restaurant auch in der Nähe. Strand zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Kroatienurlaub hat uns gefallen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus Petra wohl gefühlt und hatten alles was wir brauchten. Einkaufsmöglichkeit und ein Restauarant in der Nähe. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder nach Kroatien. LG P+K

Tento objekt je v pokojnom prostredí, odporúčam Tým ktorí si chcú oddýchnuť na nepreplnených plážach. Obchod, reštaurácia. zmrzlina a pekáreň sú od objektu pár krokov. Pláž je tiež blízko. Cez túto spoločnosť sme už boli niekoľko krát foto a popis odrážajú skutočnosť. Odporúčam

Ausstattung: 2 Sonnenliegen wären schön gewesen! Service/Freundlichkeit: Hatten nur telef. Kontakt mit Vermieter, der allerdings war sehr freundlich! Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte durch den Sohn. Rückgabe - Schlüssel im Versteck! Waren wahrscheinlich die letzten Mieter für diese Saison.
