About this property

Welcome to our chic 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom one-level cottage! The house was recently renovated and is only 5 minutes away from both East Hampton and Sag Harbor downtown areas.

The open living, dining and kitchen areas are perfect for cooking and entertaining. And of course the large backyard with heated pool, loungers and BBQ are perfect for relaxing.

We're situated on three-quarters of an acre of land, with 20 acres of nature preserve in our backyard for privacy.

Quick Family Visit

This was a nice little cottage with an open floor plan that made the house feel larger and open. We originally planned for our two sons and our dog to stay as well, but one son decided to stay home and so the dog kept him company. The other son decided not to spend the night and just drive down the road from where he lives and visit with us. My husband and I enjoyed our we time and enjoyed the size and feel of the cottage. The updated kitchen was a bonus where we cooked breakfast everyday. The appliances were to date as well. We definitely see ourselves staying there again. It was convenient to the places that we like to go.

Quiet and peaceful

The house was well equipped with everything you could need. The property is private and very peaceful.

Great stay aside from the TV situation. There is one small tv in the whole house. It Is mounted too high to watch comfortable from anywhere in the living room. However possibly the biggest issue is the only system the US is Roku. This means there is no live television no anything that you would want to watch it was terrible

Great 3 week stay

Just finished a 3 week stay and everything was wonderful. Location was perfect with very easy access to town. House was clean and very comfortable. It’s the perfect size for my wife and I, and the occasional guest or 2. Communication with host was seamless and we would absolutely stay again. Thanks so much!

Nice House for a fast stay

We booked a two day getaway with two moms & kids. The house is a great location to zip either way, East Hampton or Sag. A few things were broken upon arrival and we told the owner right away, who was very responsive. The house needed a better deep clean ( dusty windows when we opened them) but the beds and common area were clean. We were disappointed we couldn’t use the heated pool ( the whole reason we booked this house) it was so cold out the pool heater wouldn’t work, which was not the owners fault but would have liked to have been told this was a possibility knowing the weather was what it was, instead of having our kids sad they couldn’t use the pool. The house is stocked with linens, towels comfy pillows and extra blankets. We didn’t bring our dog but it would be a great space to have a small dog.
