Cozy 3-Bedroom Cape House Near Havens Beach

Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom Cape-style home! Located just steps from Havens Beach and less than half a mile from Sag Harbor Village's Main Street, you'll have easy access to wonderful restaurants, shops, and nightlife.

Sleeping Arrangements:
• Downstairs: Two bedrooms, each with a queen bed.
• Upstairs: A spacious open room with a king-size bed and its own cozy sitting area.

This home has been in our family for four generations, offering a retreat of simple living without unnecessary frills.

Havens Beach is just a short walk from the house, so be sure to bring along your beach gear to make the most of your time by the water!

Important Information:
• If you book during the first week of August, please be aware of the annual carnival held in the field directly behind our home.
• We maintain a strict no-pets policy to ensure a clean and comfortable stay for all guests.

Check-out is 10AM. If you remain on the property past 10:30 AM, a $250 late check-out fee will apply due to tight turnover and cleaning needs.
Excessive trash beyond normal use may result in a $50 disposal fee to cover additional removal and handling costs.

This was a great cottage overlooking Havens Beach. 3 Bedrooms and 1 bath - very cute. Everything inside was perfectly clean and maintained. We would definitely rent again.

Amazing home in a beautiful location

My husband and I stayed at the Havens Beach house for our mini-honeymoon. The house is lovely, clean and well appointed. The house is located a 3-5 minute walk to the beach and about 7-10 mins from downtown shops. We hope to be back soon!
