About this property

Stay at our cozy 3 bedroom, 1 full bath cape house. Our house is situated right by Havens Beach, and is less than half of a mile from the Sag Harbor Village's Main Street, which features restaurants, shops, and nightlife.

Downstairs has two bedrooms each with queen beds. Upstairs is a huge open room with a king-size bed and features its own sitting area.

This house has been in our family for four generation's. It's a place of simple living, without any frills.

The house is equipped with wireless access and flat screen TV's. We offer all the essential linens, towels, and soaps. However, you'll need to bring anything else you may require.

Havens beach is within walking distance from the house, so remember to bring your beach towels and water gear to further enjoy your stay.

Please note that if you book our house for the first week of August, there is an annual carnival located in the field directly behind our house.
