Brand new duplex apartment in the heart of the city centre at the Les Terrasses Fleuries residence, 5 minutes from the cable car and 5 minutes from the gondola lift. The apartment, over 100 m², also features a sunny terrace, two parking spaces (one above ground and one underground), and a heated ski locker. It comprises four beautiful bedrooms, each with a television. The living area includes a spacious open-plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table seating 10, a lounge with a large screen TV and electric fireplace, as well as a laundry room with a toilet. Minimum booking of 2 nights, except during the February school holidays (Saturday to Saturday). Linens are included: towels, sheets, and kitchen towels.
