First Floor Beach Club Villa with Marsh Views - Walk to the Beach!


Beautiful first floor condo in the heart of Fripp Island! Six people can sleep in this 2BR/2 Bath with a pull out couch. The master bedroom and living room open up to a screen porch with breathtaking marsh and canal views. An updated and fully stocked kitchen has all stainless steel appliances. We have wireless internet and three TV’s with streaming services. Our condo is the best way to experience Fripp without breaking the bank!

We are located on Tarpon and right across the street from the beach. A crabbing and fishing dock is just steps out your back door.

Our family of four (all school teachers and coaches) vacationed at Fripp for the first time in the summer of 2019. After one week at Fripp, we knew this was the place we wanted to bring our extended family to for vacations. We have a four bedroom home about 500 feet down the road from the condo, and we look forward to hosting your family in one or both of our homes!
