Villa Daria - 5 min walk to Camps Bay Beach

This brand new home is located in the wind free residential area of the Glen. This is one of the best locations in Camps Bay that offers easy access to Lions Head's hiking trial, to the beach (walking distance) and the promenade that is full of amazing bars and restaurants. Due to the unique architecture, the house offers complete privacy from the outside, especially around the pool area. The perfect place if you enjoy being close to the action, but also far enough for peace and quiet.

Three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with an outside shower) are located on the second level together with the open plan kitchen, scullery, guests toilet, inside and outside dinning space and office space. Ground level features lounge area with fireplace and TV. This area is interconnected with the outside garden and the pool area. 4th bedroom, also located on the ground level, has its separate entrance from the pool area.

Enjoy breakfast on the patio with exceptional views of Lions Head, chill by the pool during the day, walk to the Camps Bay promenade for the afternoon happy hour and finish your day with the BBQ bash or cozy evening by the fire pit. 

Dorika, your housekeeper, will take a good care of you 5 times a week.

There are 2 parking spaces on the premises and free parking on the street.

The Glen is a quiet residential are of Camps Bay. It is right next to the Glen national park that leads to the Lions Head's walking trial. On the other hand, it is 4 min walking from the beach, bars, shops and restaurants.

House is serviced 5 times a week. Additional cleaning service can be arranged for a fee.
Breakfast can be provided for an additional fee. Private chef, private chauffeur, yoga instructor, personal trainer, nanny, etc. can be arranged for an additional fee.
