About this property

Lazy Moose Retreat is located in the Hatcher Lake area and is a perfect cabin for your vacation. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this home allows up to 6 people and also up to 2 dogs, home has Air Conditioning for those warm summer days.

The main floor has an open design for the living room, dining area and kitchen with a wood burning stove in the center for great heat in the winter. Forced air heat also available. This living room is cozy with a wall mounted smart TV and amazing large windows that open to a front patio with lounge chairs. Privacy is provide by the surrounding scrub oaks. The kitchen is well stocked and plenty of space for the chefs in the family.

The main level has 2 bedrooms, one king bed and one queen bed and share a full bathroom. There are laundry facilities on this level and one of the bedrooms has a exterior door to the fenced back yard.

Upstairs is a cute work or play loft, then the king bed master bedroom with a wall mounted smart TV, private full bathroom. This room has nice views and a private deck with stairs down to the fenced back yard.

ALL TRAILERS, RV'S, CAMPERS OR OTHER RECREATION VEHICLES MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TO BE ALLOWED ON PREMISES.

This home is pet friendly and allows up to 2 dogs,
The pet fee is 75.00 per dog, as well as a refundable 100.00 per dog as well.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is always clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is nice and quiet with excellent view of Pagosa Peak. You can't go wrong on this one!

Nice house

The house is nice. The location is nice. Was not clean. I don't like the property manager. She didn't like when I send her photos haw dirty is the house. I cleaned the house my self and she didn't even say thank you.

Nicely furnished and comfortable home

The house is in a community that was quiet and was a good base location. Beds were comfortable as was living room furniture. Nice patio and chairs but no views of mountains. Would be on my list for future consideration.

Spring Break 2022

Our family and friends had a great stay at the Lazy Moose! We skied Wolf Creek 3 days and it was a beautiful drive through the mountains each day! I would definitely recommend this place.
