This spacious home has beautiful meadow views from the dining room, sun room as well as the large and well stocked kitchen. There are four generous and cozy bedrooms for your family and friends to enjoy. On the main floor there is easy access to a king bedroom downstairs next to the main floor fully stocked bathroom. There is a sun room with wonderful sunset views and is where the dining room is located. On the far side of the dining room is an alternate area with a sleeper couch for the kids. Just off the sunroom is the newly installed hot tub.

Upstairs, just past the cozy sitting area, you will find a queen room that is very spacious. Another queen bedroom as well with a TV and a peak a boo view of Lake Pagosa. There is a full bathroom with 2 sinks for these 2 bedrooms. Across the hall is the master suite with a king bed and plenty of room to relax. The master bathroom is super large with a full tub, separate shower and 2 door walk through closet. Outside the bedrooms is a large hallway with a couch and TV.

The large living room has plenty of couches for the whole gang to hang out together, watch TV or play some games.

Lots of living areas with several places to visit, rest, read & play games. Kitchen can accommodate several cooks at one time preparing your family meals. Outside you can enjoy the unbelievable sunsets in our lawn chairs sitting by a warm fire as you enjoy a drink or make s'mores!

This home does come with a large 2 car garage for you to enjoy and plenty of parking spaces outside.

Saving the best for last.... if you like to fish on Lake Pagosa, you just have to cross the street and you are at the lake!

This home is just a few minutes from uptown with plenty of shopping restaurants and groceries. This home does give you access, for a fee, to use the PLPOA Recreation Center with a large indoor pool, hot tub and full work out area with daily classes.

This is a pet friendly home. Dogs only, 2 max. The pet fee is $75 per pet, as well as an additional $100 refundable security deposit per pet.
