Mee (h) r experience and relax ... in the newly built and completely new and comfortably furnished apartment. Enjoy your well deserved vacation on one of the most beautiful beaches of the Baltic Sea. Our apartment is located in a prime location directly on the beach promenade of Warnemünde. It is a ground floor apartment, it is comfortably furnished and has the following amenities: - Kitchen with microwave, Barbecue, ceramic hob and dishwasher-bath / WC with shower- bedroom for 2 persons- living room with additional sleeping possibility for 2 persons on pull-out sofa bed, radio, DVD player, large flat screen TV, Internet * - highchair and travel cot are available if needed none Pets, Non smokingFor your car according to availability, we also offer optional parking space or garage parking in the protected area (for a fee) at the house.

Holiday in the first row is of course with us. In a newly renovated in 2008. beach villa .All waiting apartments, overlooking the beach promenade or Baltic Sea, were the first October 2009 completed and furnished as a comfortable holiday. To reach the central places and sights, you do not need a car, because you live in a great location - right on the beach between the Hotel Neptun and the light tower of Warnemuende. 25% deposit of the total price within 7 days of booking on account, final payment 4 weeks before arrival to our account. The tax is calculated by the proprietor in the deposit. Arrival from 17. 00 o'clock departure until 13. 00 o'clock

Arrivals are possible from 17:00 to 20:00 and departures from 10:00 to 13:00.

Die Fewo ist sehr sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Die Lage direkt am Strand und die Parkplätze am Haus sind top. Die Schlüsselübergabe klappte perfekt. Leider wird nicht erwähnt, dass die "ebenerdige "Wohnung nur über eine 12 stufige Treppe aufwärts und 15 Stufen abwärts zu erreichen ist. Schade.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber, die Einrichtung im super Zustand. Parkplatz direkt am Haus nur mit grossen Auto etwas Gewöhnungsbedürftig aber machbar. Alles im allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub
