The Farmhouse at Sundrop Acres

Sundrop Acres Farm is a premier short term vacation rental located in beautiful Cache Valley, Utah. Our family hobby farm is set on almost 4 acres of land in Wellsville, just minutes from downtown historic Logan. The hillside house is surrounded by spectacular views of the mountains as well as the valley. Relax and unwind in one of our private guest suites while you enjoy the peaceful surroundings and starlight nights.

The Farmhouse at Sundrop Acres is a 1500 sq. ft. unit with a private, keyless entrance. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage on the front porch facing the magnificent Wellsville Mountains. Step inside to be welcomed by the kitchenette/dining room. There is a large dining table for meals and game playing, a sink, countertop oven, refrigerator, Keurig, coffee maker, farm fresh eggs (seasonal), beverages, and snacks The ground floor also has a family room with sofas and an entertainment center full of books, games, DVDs, and puzzles. The 4 bedrooms and 2 baths are located UPSTAIRS on the second floor of the farmhouse and boast new premium mattresses with hypoallergenic covers and cases. Even the twin beds are comfy!

PLEASE NOTE: The Farmhouse has a kitchenette, not a full kitchen. It features a sink, xl countertop oven, electric griddle, refrigerator, microwaves, toaster, Keurig machine, coffee maker, crock pot, hot plates, and BBQ grill with burner.
*THERE ARE TWO separate rentals on the property. (The Farmhouse Rooms and The Beehive Basement Apartment) While each rental is private there may be times you see other guests. The owners may also be around working on projects and taking care of the animals. Say hello if you would like!!
**The front door is equipped with a Ring doorbell which temporarily records motion. Also, the goats and chickens have a Ring floodlight with a camera. These are safety features to ensure the property and animals are safe and secure. Goats are notorious for escaping!

Road Trip to Wellsville

Host's hospitality was Top Shelf. Accommodations upcountry perfect; clean and comfortable; farm animals a joy; the closeness of the beautiful Wellsville's was incredible; mother nature (Winds) had to be forgiven. The only challenge, for Seniors, is the staircase to the sleeping quarters, second floor...take caution. Otherwise, it's a perfect hideaway from...congestion and noise!

We absolutely loved our stay at The farmhouse, the home had everything we needed and the host was great with communication and incredibly accommodating. We will definitely stay here again if we're ever in the area as our only regret was that we didn't get to spend much time exploring the farm.

The location was wonderful with amazing views from any window and the rocking chair front porch! The home was spotlessly clean and the beds very comfortable. The owner was great to communicate with and left very thoughtful snacks and kitchen items that made our stay that much nicer. If you are going to this area I would highly recommend this rental!

This looked like a fairy tale setting. It was so beautiful. We love petting the goats. The unit is decorated so nicely, everything you would ever need is there. Its really cute. Everyone was happy wnd loved it as well. They also put up a graduation banner for me. It made me cry! Wnd a card and another whiteboard sogn saying congrats It was very sweet and kind. Best place ever!

If you're looking for a comfortable place in the Logan area, this is it! Jackie goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need. The home is quiet and comfortable. The views are beautiful and we enjoyed sitting on the front porch. The check in/out process is as easy as it gets. If you have any questions or needs, Jackie is readily available and responds quick. We loved our stay!

Quick trip for a family funeral

Our stay at the The Farmhouse at Sundrop Acres was awesome. My siblings and I made a quick trip up to Logan for a family funeral. We loved our stay at the Farmhouse. It was clean, comfortable and really enjoyable. We felt very welcome. The beds were really comfortable, I didn't want to get out of bed. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Which we could have stayed longer to enjoy the farmhouse longer and enjoyed the area. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. One of the nicest places I have stayed at! Well done. Thanks

Perfection!

We were in Cache Valley for Thanksgiving and rented this property. It was so warm and inviting. My grown and married children joined us and there was plenty of room for everyone! The owners left treats for us to feed the goats and had a Christmas tree up for us to enjoy. The small details were not missed. Ear plugs, snacks and drinks and a cozy living room with. A record player! The views outside made for amazing family photos. It couldn’t have been a more perfect weekend!

Better than a hotel.

We recently became a larger family and needed more room than a hotel can provide. Our stay here was an amazing experience. The property was beautiful and clean, the host and hostess were lovely and easy to communicate with. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and we had more than enough fluffy white towels. We had a blast with the record player and instruments. My children were able to sled in the snow and play with the animals. We even had a cook out one of the nights we stayed. I would book this property again in a minute, and highly recommend it to anybody planning a family get together or looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to stay.
