The residence on Lake Balmer is a dreamlike resort, located directly on the backwaters. With its two newly built country-style villas (completion is the spring of 2012) they form the perfect synthesis for a relaxing holiday. On the one hand for those who are looking for relaxation and nature away from the hustle and bustle of the imperial baths, on the other hand for the holidaymaker who has discovered a special love in the leisure activities golf, water sports, any kind of cycling, etc. etc. Equipped with a reception, lifts, underground parking, own small laundry room with coin-operated equipment, usable areas for the golf equipment and a private sunbathing area at the backwaters with its own dock and many other additions, this facility leaves little room for open requests. Golfing The Balm golf course, with its 2 x 18-hole and 1 x 9-hole golf courses, has been embedded in a dreamlike environment for over 10 years and is located in the immediate vicinity (approx. 200m) from the residence. The well-known beyond the borders golf course is a charm for all playful demands and wishes. In addition, you get as our guests 30% green fee discount for the golf course Baltic Hills Usedom. Cycling e-bikes, mountain bikes (full-suspension), trekking bicycles or children's bicycles and trailers.
