FIRST FLOOR: Large entry foyer opens into living/dining/kitchen spaces, which can also be separated using the preserved historic pocket door (between living/dining room) and the door in the front hallway leading to kitchen. AREA: Neighborhood amenities within walking distance (5-10 mins, depending) include groceries (Safeway, Yes Organic Market, Saturday Petworth farmers market), pharmacies (CVS, Safeway), coffee (Buna, Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks) and Petworth’s many independent cafes, bars, restaurants including Timber Pizza, Cinder BBQ, Midlands, Hook Hall, Call Your Mother (bagels), Lulubell’s (ice cream and more).

Getting Around: 8 mile to Medstar Washington Hospital Center and Children's National Hospital. And only 5 minute walk to the green/yellow line metro at Georgia Avenue metro stop. Easy driving access to all points in DC. National Airport and Pentagon are a direct ride on the metro (appx 20-23 mins to reach them).
