Clean, cozy, convenient
Perfect location for our stay in DC for treatment at MedStar Washington. Everything you need is either provided or available nearby. Would recommend for tourists, short stays, and long stays. Clear instructions, easy checkin/checkout, quiet, safe neighborhood. Only downside is lack of accessibility (basement apartment).

Cozy and welcoming
I really enjoyed my stay, and the apartment was perfect for us. The attention to detail blew my mind. The appliances were well kept, really good condition. The area was quiet and near everything. We had a car and because of the dates I chose I didn’t need a parking pass. I was worried about finding parking, but it didn’t become an issue. The next time I come to DC I I’m going to see if this location is available. I had a wonderful time, I recommend it a hundred percent .

Cozy Home Away From Home
Kenny provides a cozy, home-away-from-home experience in DC. Upon entry, the space was warm and inviting. All the amenities of a household— a blow dryer, coffee pot, cleaning supplies, soft, and warm blankets—elevated the experience; I felt like it was my own home. The shower was incredible, too—especially after a day out in the city. Getting to and from Kenny’s place was quick and easily accessible by ride share or bus. The added access of Roku and other streaming services was such a nice touch. All-in-all, I loved Kenny’s place, and would happily stay again!

Wonderful Apartment
Wow, Kenny’s attention to detail was phenomenal; this place appealed to all our five senses. The space was very clean internally and externally, spacious, and had a great smell that made it feel like a home away from home Very comfortable furniture and a bed and even a white noise machine in the bedroom, which I really appreciated. Such a cozy living room that I ended up falling asleep on the sectional the very first night while watching Netflix through the Roku tv system. Just all around perfect for our stay in DC. 100% recommend this wonderful apartment.

What a great experience!
What a great experience! Private entrance with clear step-by-step instructions for check-in with key code access. Super clean, great WIFI, ideal location with plenty of street parking, AMAZING bed and pillows. Kenny and Randy really went the extra mile setting up this space to have everything you might need. Great washer/dryer with detergent and fabric softener, great lighting, a luggage rack, central HVAC as well as space heaters and small fans in every room. On top of all that, they both responded to any questions right away and checked in via the HomeAway app throughout my stay. Highly Recommend this apartment! P.S. Qualia coffee and Timber Pizza Company are very close and worth checking out!

This place was amazing. Walking in the door, I was so happy I had booked it. It was modern, extremely clean, super cozy and had everything you could need. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, cookware and even coffee. The bathroom had fresh clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, bath gel and lotion. The bed was oh so comfy, just as comfortable as a 5- star hotel! I especially appreciated the easy self check-in process. The keyless entry door locks after 30 seconds which provided a lot of security and made me feel so safe. I definitely recommend staying here if you’re coming to DC. The metro is only a few blocks walking and a bus stop right out front, which makes traveling extremely easy. Will be staying here again, highly recommend!
