The resort fee is not included in the daily rate. MANDATORY RESORT FEE OF $14/DAY/UNIT (2x Units) PLUS TAX WILL BE COLLECTED UPON ARRIVAL.

THE UNITS

Each 1200sf unit features:
- 1 King bed in the first bedroom;
- 2 Queen beds in the second bedroom;
- Daily housekeeping;
- Full kitchen with coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, stovetop, and kitchenware
- Washer and dryer
- All linens, towels, bathroom essentials are provided. You don’t need to bring a thing!!

Our family-friendly property provides the following on-site amenities:
- Front desk and Security;
- Lobby is open 24/7, quiet hours start at 10PM;
- Fire pit (lobby) October-April (via Request) 7AM-10PM;
- Indoor heated swimming pool (8:30AM-10PM);
- BBQ and picnic area;
- Fitness center;
- Mini golf;
- Playground;
- Sports courts and equipment (10AM-10PM);
- 24/7 laundry;
- DvDs available at the front desk (Ask assistance from FD);
- Parking is available for guests on the property and is free of cost (for 1 car per unit)

NOTE: Some of the amenities may not function as advertised. At this time and until further notice:
- Front Desk Hours of operation: Saturday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM - 9:00 pm.
- Pets are not permitted. This is strictly enforced, with the exception of working Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed.
