“Stunning views in the most peaceful location” perfectly describes this recently decorated vacation condo at Harbour Point in the The Resort. This lakefront property offers views of the Choctawhatchee Bay and The Links Golf Course. You will have it all – the bay, the golf course, the beach, a sparkling swimming pool, and all of the Resort amenities! Located on the 2nd floor and accessed by an outdoor staircase.

Newly decorated in chic coastal style, this property is roomy and comfortable for up to 6 guests. The family room offers cushy seating including a queen sleeper sofa with access to the lakefront deck through sliding glass doors. Just have a seat inside or outside and enjoy the sunshine and natural beauty of the Resort.

Our updated kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals for your guests with ease. There is a dining area with seating for four guests and additional bar seating for two. Our nicely appointed master bedroom allows access to the outdoor deck and features a king bed with fresh linens, an HDTV and a large closet. The adjoining master bathroom is designed with a newly tiled walk-in shower. Our guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, an HDTV and a guest closet. There is a full guest bathroom with a bathtub and shower. For your convenience, there is a stacked washer/dryer, and WIFI is complimentary.

Stroll to the neighborhood swimming pool a few yards away or spend a day at the beach. Walk to the shore of the bay and enjoy a captivating sunset view. All of the amenities of the Resort are located within a short walk, a quick golf cart or bicycle ride or a tram ride. Whether your vacation plans include a few lazy days at the beach, or you plan to stay awhile and explore the whole resort, our property at Harbour Point is truly the perfect choice. We want you to enjoy your stay at our place in Harbour Point!

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location for our quick spring break trip! The golf cart was perfect and much needed! Everything was great, however the king bed in the master was awful. Tossed and turned all night and the bed squeaked with the slightest movement.

Good overall

We enjoyed our stay. It was great having use of the golfcart to get to the beach and to wharftown. Although beautiful the furniture could be updated with more comfort in.mind. view was pretty but noseeums made it difficult to sit outside unless it was windy and they would blow away. They were awful when we were there but it certainly wasnt the fault of the property owner or manager.

We were very pleased with our accommodations. It was clean and spacious. This area has many living spaces available but we felt comfortable with the privacy we had. We could see beautiful sun rises and sunsets from our room.

1st time in Sandestin and not our last!

Harbor Point did not disappoint! My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. We loved the Bay view and watching all the wildlife while sitting on the deck. There was a sign on the sliding door that said we could only have 2 people on the deck due to safety issue and needed repair. It would have been nice to know this before we went since we did have some family come and visit. The location was great and having the golf cart was very convenient , werarely left the resort.
