A short five minute ride to experience the sugar-white sands and the magnificent emerald waters of the Gulf Coast! Making it ever so easy to zip around to the beach, shopping and restaurants all conveniently located!

Front Patio | Upon entering the villa you will notice a quaint porch to enjoy your beverage of choice or simply just to read.

Living Room | On the first floor, you will be greeted by neutral colors with touches of coastal decor. The open concept living area has ample seating equipped with a sleeper sofa which can conveniently provide additional space for more guests and or grandchildren. The living room also features a new 65’ TV for you to catch up on your favorite Netflix series or movie of your choice.

Backyard Patio | The living room overlooks lakefront views which can also be enjoyed by your private patio equipped with a personal grill. A picturesque way to rejuvenate while you enjoy your coffee or tea as the sun rises or whip up a delectable BBQ to enjoy with family and friends.

Kitchen & Dining Area | Adjacent to the living room is the dining area and full kitchen; it has been equipped with stainless steel appliances, kitchen essentials such cookware, tableware and glassware. You will also find the washer/dryer to make your stay more comfortable.

Bedrooms | On the second floor, you will find two comfortable bedrooms decorated with charming beachy decor. The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed with en suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and vanity area. There are also two closets to store your luggage and belongings. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds and an en suite with tub/shower combo. Both bedrooms are equipped with new flat screen TVs.

Family vacation

This was our 2nd time staying in this same Villa! We chose it again because of the location: close to ocean and close to tunnel access. It is also clean and Samera is very easy to get in touch with regarding anyuestions or issues we might have.

Absolutely perfect location. Super close to the beach, very clean condo with everything you need, and a fast golf cart. The owner is very communicative. I can’t wait to be back next year.

Enjoyed the stay the property was beautiful the only complaint I have was the pool was closed on the 12-15 so didn’t get to enjoy plus at night the bedroom and living room was warm like the vent wasn’t working in those area so need to be checked also Parking was first come first serve at least that’s what security said so many times we had to park elsewhere

A corner of paradise

Peaceful and convenient. Beautiful accommodations with a beautiful view over the lake with a relaxing fountain. I would stay there again.

Summer vacation

We had a really nice stay at the condo. The golf cart was nice to have to ride around the grounds and to the beach. Beach access was great, my family enjoyed that. Overall is was a great vacation 👍👍

Perfect Location

This was our first time staying on this side of Sandestin and we already booked for August. The condo was very clean and had just enough of everything to not be cluttered. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to be back.

The villa was wonderful, the lake, the golf cart, the food, the people, the beach all made for a very enjoyable stay! Our dogs Skye n Zagg loved it too!!! We will be back!!!

Everything you need for a week in florida

Love this place, great master suite for my wife and I, 2 twin beds for the kids, pullout couch downstairs just in case. Steps from a great pool, with 2 others a short golf cart away. Golf cart gets you to the beach, golf, (and mini golf), grocery store, shopping, Baytowne wharf, jolee island for some nature exploring. Parked our car and didn’t use it until we left and were able to check every box for a family with toddlers in Florida.

Quiet area

We enjoyed the villa/townhome immensely. It was stocked with necessities for cooking. Bed was really comfortable. Loved the shower!! The golf cart was fun to drive around and take us to the beach. Very convenient. Great place to stay.

Beautiful Villa and Location

This was our third visit to this Villa and each stay has been remarkable. It is located in a beautiful resort and is close to the beach and lots of dining and activities. The Villa is well maintained and very comfortable. The host is very attentive and responsive to any question or request. I can't say enough positive things about this property other than we are planning to come back next year.

Beautiful location. Weather was on the cool side which limited our outdoor activity and use of golf cart but that is no fault of this comfortable well equipted unit!

Sandestin stay

We have been vacationing in Miramar Beach for 15 years. This is the 1st time we have stayed on the ocean side of Sandestin. The condo was wonderful, just as described. The pool was beautiful and right out back. The ocean was a 5 minute walk or a 2 minute golf cart ride. It was wonderful having the golf cart right outside your front door, and it was in great condition. In the past, we have had golf carts that barely run. Property manager was wonderful and resolved small issues right away. Great vacation…

Successful family beach trip

We had an amazing time staying here over Spring Break last year that we decided to book another stay next year :) Perfect location for our family with a couple of toddlers who loved the golf cart and the easy access to beach, shopping, playgrounds and entertainment. We had everything we needed during our stay and are looking forward to making more memories next year.

Great stay!!

We had a wonderful stay! The unit was great! The location was close to the beach and not far from grocery store!! It backed up to the water and was awesome to sit out back and have coffee. We were able to bring out two dogs and they loved it. The golf cart was so convenient. I will definitely be coming back!!

Excellent Vacation Rental

The rental was actually better than we could have imagined! We used the golf cart all week and loved being so close to the Market Shops, the pools, Baytowne Wharf, and of course the beautiful beach!! The villa was secluded and quiet. Waking up every day to the view of the lake was very relaxing. Samara was so easy to communicate with and had lots of supplies on hand to make it a fantastic vacation. We would definitely book this rental again!

Next time I'll stay longer!

Reqlly enjoyed the villa and resort. Next time I'll stay longer snd would book this villa again. Great location in the resort and loved being able to park my car right in front of the door! Golf cart was a huge plus and definitely needed for getting around. Host was quick to answer questions! We had no isuses during our stay.
