The house is very quiet and is located on a hill over the town about 15 minutes from the center and swimming beaches. From the terrace you can enjoy beautiful panoramic - views of the sea with its small islands, the resort and the surrounding area.

The fully furnished apartments consists of 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with bath / shower and toilet. a guest toilet and a central large lounge with fitted kitchen including fridge, electric gas stove, sink, microwave. From this living room from a balcony door leads to the approximately 50 m² balcony.

Komfortabel, modern und sehr gemütlich
Die Wohnung gehört zu einem Haus im oberen Stadtrand einer kleinen Gemeinde in der Nähe (6km) nördlich von Biograd und Pakostane. Bewohnt wird die Wohnung von den Eigentümern selbst, die während der Saison ihr Domizil "räumen" und den Urlaubern überlassen. Man merkt dieses an den vielen Details der Einrichtung und der sehr guten Ausstattung. Auch technisch ist alles Tip Top: Es gibt einen großen TV (haben wir aber nie angemacht ;-) ) und vor allem sehr gutes W-Lan. Das Highlight ist sicher das Badezimmer mit Rainshower und einer freistehenden Badewanne! Die wirklich große Dachterrasse mit Zugang zum Wohnzimmer und zur Eingangstreppe ist komplett mit einem Holzdach ausgestattet (gut wenn die Sonne tags brennt) und gibt dem ganzen einen Charakter von einer Afrikalodge mit Rundumblick (auch aufs Meer) und spektakulären Sonnenuntergängen.

Gemütliche Wohnung, tolle Terrasse mit super Ausblick, super nette Vermieter!
Wir waren Ende Juli in dieser Wohnung zu Gast und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.
Sie ist sehr liebevoll ausgestattet und hat einen ganz eigenen Charme. Von der Terrasse aus, kann man auf das Meer schauen und der Ort ist auch sehr schön.
Die Vermieter sind super nett und immer hilfsbereit.
Gerne kommen wir wieder.
