A 120m², air-conditioned, single-story house that can accommodate 6 people. You'll be charmed by the large garden with parking space for several cars and possibly a trailer with a boat. A 50m² furnished terrace (barbecue, garden furniture) in front of the house, a 20m² covered veranda with a table and chairs opens onto the kitchen, which is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, and dishwasher. The refrigerator and washing machine are located in a pantry adjoining the kitchen. A large living/dining room with sofa, TV, and table and chairs are located on the ground floor. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms (4 single beds), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there is one bedroom (queen-size bed) with a shower room and toilet, and a lovely rooftop terrace with a glimpse of the sea, perfect for breakfasts right out of bed. All bedrooms, as well as the living room, are air-conditioned. The house faces southwest. Pets are not allowed. Linen is extra. Grocery store is 50m away. Beach is 300m away on foot. 10 minutes' walk via the sea path. Wi-Fi. Cleaning included in the price (except overnight stays).
