Stone house with swimming pool and terrace for 6
Come and discover Montignac-Lascaux, a charming village situated on the banks of the Vézère river, in the heart of a natural setting, typical of the valley. You will be able to stay in this characterful stone house, which can accommodate up to six people, ideal for a family or friends' getaway. You will appreciate the subtle blend of old-world charm, with its exposed beams in the lounge, and modern touches that bring comfort to the accommodation.
A real asset of the house: a rooftop pool, an intimate and pleasant space where you can relax and cool off at any time of day.
You will be able to enjoy a terrace area, ideal for savouring your meals in the open air. A barbecue is also at your disposal for tasty and convivial moments.
*The swimming pool is open from 15 May to 15 September
You will be able to access the house via the garage. Going up the stairs, you will discover the fully equipped kitchen, which includes an oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a kettle, a toaster, a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, a dishwasher and all the utensils necessary for cooking. You will also find a bathroom and an independent toilet.
To access the lounge, you simply need to go up a small staircase. The lounge has a sofa, a television and a stove to keep you warm during winter. You will also find the dining room and the terrace there.
The first bedroom is accessible via another staircase and is equipped with a queen size bed (160x200). On the top floor, you will find the two other bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x200) and the other with a king size bed (180x200). The second bathroom is also located on the floor.
Access to the swimming pool is also via a staircase. Unfortunately, this house is not suitable for young children or people with reduced mobility due to its many staircases.
A washing machine is also at your disposal.
Regarding parking, you will be able to park on the street.

Séjour de quatre jours à quatre adultes
La situation est très agréable, à deux pas des commerces, du marché, des restaurants... pour autant, le logement est tranquille, et terrasse et piscine sont sans aucun vis-à-vis, intimité assurée.
