 This is the lower apartment in the Romance house with approx. 70 m² living space (ground floor location).

The bedroom with four-poster bed and starry sky will delight you! The adjoining bathroom is spacious and has underfloor heating. Another small room with bunk bed and adjoining separate toilet can accommodate up to 4 people in this apartment (additional baby bed possible).

The living room with access to the winter garden (not heatable) is full of cosiness and charm - not least thanks to the tiled stove, which spreads the appropriate warmth.

The large kitchen leaves enough space for cooking - even for larger groups. (Z. B. when renting the apartment Himmelreich and tiled stove together). A separate pantry with a fridge and freezer compartment offers space for the supplies.

You can sit comfortably in the winter garden and enjoy the view of the valley. Here is a dining group again, so that you can move the family table here.

The winter garden (glazed terrace) cannot be heated and can therefore only be used to a limited extent in winter.

Book the tiled stove apartment and the Himmelreich apartment together - this results in a living unit for up to 8 people with enough space for everyone.

The adjoining garden with plenty of seating and a brick barbecue area rounds off the picture in style. Have a rest in the green under the apple trees or sunbathe on the terrace (the garden is exclusively available to our guests of the house Romance for common use)
