Thanks to the large party room with more than 130 q.m. and adjacent sun terrace with 115 q.m. it is ideal not only for big family or group meetings, but also as a unique event location.
9 rooms in total:
+ Very large living area nearly 60 q.m (!) with kitchen, dining area, living area and double bed.
+ 2 double bedrooms (one with fireplace)
+ 1 family room with 1 double bed + 1 bunk bed
+ 1 twin bedroom
+ 1 triple room
+ 1 bedroom with two bunk beds
+ bathroom with tub and toilet
+ bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine
+ party room 130 q.m. with fireplace
+ Sun terrace with barbecue
It is a perfect start-place for discover Mannheim, Heidelberg and Karlsruhe and visit Hockenheim Circle, Speyer Cathedral, Holiday Park and Aquadrom.
The house is located in a commercial area with supermarkets and shops with no manufacturing and no noise. Therefore, a lot of privacy and perfect access to the A6 and A61 are available - in 2 minutes you are on the highway.
Although the house is on the 1st floor it is perfectly for the children, since all the rooms are on the same level.
Internet via Wi-Fi is free and available in whole house.
We can provide you with all kind of services such as privat chef, luxury car rental (Bugatti, Ferrari, Bentley, etc.), driver, shuttle service etc. on request.
RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
In the high season, from April till the end of November, we set a minimum stay of 3 nights.
One-night stay is possible with a 50% surcharge and prior approval.
Our villa is a perfect place for photo & video shootings, and other creative projects. Shootings in our villa are allowed per request (!!!)
For holiday rentals, there is a 30% surcharge on the whole booking.
We reserve the right to set exceptional conditions regarding prices, minimum duration and occupancy for the top dates such as Christmas, New Year's Eve, biggest fairs etc. These can differ from the standard conditions and will be communicated on request. We hope for your understanding.

Ein sehr gelungenes Wochenende
Wir haben uns mit 22 Personen aus drei Generationen unserer Familie sehr wohl gefühlt & insbesondere die zahlreichen Angebote zu gemeinsamen sportlichen Aktivitäten genutzt. Als sehr hilfreich empfanden wir die Bereitschaft zur Nachsendung zweier von uns versehentlich zurückgelassener Gegenstände.

Sauber, großzügig und gut ausgestattet.
Waren drei Nächte zwecks Rennen am Hockenheimring hier und hatten alles was wir bräuchten. Schöne Unterkunft mit einzigem Manko: Lage. Direkt im Industriegebiet. Für uns aber völlig okay, Lärm war auch nicht vorhanden.

Top Party Haus
Das Haus eignet sich für perfekt für Parties:
-es lässt sich einfach mit dem Auto erreichen
-es gibt keine Nachbarn, die sich über Lärm beschweren können
-es gibt ein Einkaufszentrum direkt um die Ecke
-es bietet viele Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten
-Partyraum, Terrasse und Küche bieten viel Platz für die Gäste

Perfekt für Familien Treffen 6 Zimmer für jeden Geschmack vorhanden und sehr sauber muss ich sagen. Der Ausblick ist Super. Nur ein paar Meter ist Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit und die Autobahn ist auch in der Nähe.

Top Lokation
Wir haben in der Lokation ein super Fest gehabt. Es war alles da was man braucht. Es war alles sauber und so wie man es sich wünscht vorzufinden. Die Übergabe hat super funktioniert. Eine Musikanlage wäre noch super. Aber auf Grund der anderen Rezessionen hatten wir eine dabei.
Die Zimmer und Betten sind einwandfrei.
Die Küche ist genauso ohne Makel und alles da was man braucht.
Auf der großen Terrasse kann man super feiern. Auch wenns lauter wird stört es niemand. Nur die Möbelierung der Terrasse ist nicht vorhanden. Werd mir die Lokation auf jeden Fall merken. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen !

Super Lage. Alles sauber. Ausstattung mehr als ausreichend. Ansprechpartner nett und umgänglich. Kann nur weiterempfohlen werden!
Lediglich eine Musikanlage könnte man noch unterbringen :)

Ungestörtes Feiern
Sehr netter und unproblematischer Kontakt mit einwandfreier Abwicklung. Alles sauber, Küche vollends ausgestattet, Partyraum und Terasse riesig und prima zum feiern mit vielen Freunden, gerne wieder bei ähnlichem Anlass

Tolle Location für größere Gruppen
Super nette Ansprechpartner per Mail und vor Ort, alles sehr unkompliziert und Fragen im Vorhinein werden schnell und gut beantwortet.
Location sehr sehr gut eingerichtet und wie auf den Bildern. Lage ist im Industriegebiet, aber mit Blick ins Grüne. Autobahn ist sehr nahe, was aber wenig nichts aus... Highlights sind der Partyraum, die Terrasse mit großem Grill, die Bäder, die Küche und die Schlafzimmer, also eigentlich alles :)
