Relax in our 3 star holiday apartment Neuwerk.

The old floorboards have been preserved in the house and their sounds are reminiscent of days gone by. Enjoy the rustic effect of a stylish combination of antiques, modern furniture and accessories. Real oil paintings by the Cuxhaven marine painter Elke Timmermann adorn the walls. A painting of the island of Neuwerk gives you a maritime flair in the living room.

The Neuwerk apartment is on the 1st floor of an old, fully renovated farmhouse (built in 1746). All apartments in this house are non-smoking apartments. Smokers will also find a place outside the house.

Living room:
In the living room you will find a seating area and a dining area. Furthermore, the apartment is equipped with a flat screen TV (40.5 "), BluRay player (DVD) and WiFi.
You will also find games and books for your entertainment.

Kitchen:
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, toaster, microwave, kettle, egg cooker and dishwasher.

1st bedroom:
The large bedroom has a double bed with adjustable slatted frames, valet, dressing table, radio alarm clock, ironing board & iron, clothes horse, and a large wardrobe.

2 Bedrooms:
In the small bedroom there are 2 new single beds with adjustable slatted frames, a small sitting area and a wardrobe.

Miscellaneous:
A sewing set and a first aid kit are available.
On request you can get a cot, high chair and buggy from us at no extra charge. We are also happy to provide you with our pram (Teutonia) for € 4 per day.
If desired, you can access a washing machine on the ground floor. The fee is € 4 per wash (incl. Washing powder and fabric softener).
We are happy to offer you our laundry package (towels, tea towels, shower towel, shower mat and bed linen) for € 20 per person.

Langes Wochenende in Cuxhaven

Schönes Quatier in dem Haus. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und haben uns viele Informationen fegeben. Wunderschöne Spaziergänge auf der Promenade und am Stand, sowie in der Duhner Heide gemacht. Div. Lokale sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Kurze Anmerkung zur Wohnung: Treppe ins OG sehr steil.

Hochwertiges Denkmalobjekt

Diese Ferienwohnung im alten Bauernhaus ist beeindruckend. Hochwertig ausgebaut, äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit Nordseemotiven dekoriert vermittelt diese Wohnung ein solch wunderbares Wohlbehagen, dass man zunächst glatt vergisst, dass es draußen einen riesigen Sandstrand gibt. Mit den freundlichen Vermietern, die im Haus wohnen, hatten wir zusätzlich auch zugleich nette Nachbarn. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Schönes verlängertes Wochenende in CUX

Gemeinsam mit meiner Frau, meiner Schwester und Ihrem Mann verbrachten wir in der Ferienwohnung „Neuwerk“ ein sehr angenehmes Wochenende mit 3 Übernachtungen. Die Lage zu den Hotspots Cuxhavens war hervorragend, zumal wir diese mit dem Fahrrad erkundet haben. Diese Wohnung in dem außergewöhnlichen Reetdachhaus von 1746 können wir nur weiterempfehlen.
