Mountain panorama with a view of the valley 4 from high above the Königssee

Highest holiday apartment in Berchtesgadener Land. Healing climatic altitude of 1050m. Especially suitable for asthmatics. It is uniquely beautiful on a mountainside off the main road and the noise.
A viewpoint that can be counted among the most beautiful in Berchtesgadener Land. Free view of the valley and the Berchtesgaden mountain range.
Starting point for numerous hiking and mountain tours to the Obersalzberg, Kehlstein and Jenner areas. High tours to the high Göll and high board. Especially interesting for winter guests.
Due to the altitude of our house, we have the advantage that over 1000m of brilliant sunshine prevails, while the fog in the valley does not dissolve.
Our cozy apartment "Jenner A" is for absolute no smoking. It is located in a detached cottage and can accommodate 2 people. It is comfortably and lovingly furnished and consists of a living room with modern sofa and a bedroom with double bed, which can be separated to two single beds if desired.
*Bathroom with shower and toilet.
* Fully equipped kitchen and sitting area.
In a 2,70m long kitchen block everything is available, what one of a top
functional kitchen expected: fridge freezer; Electric stove with 4 hobs; Oven; Coffee machine; Toaster; Water heater; All-Schneider; Dishes...
The apartment has its own terrace with uninterrupted views of the Jenner summit, the Steinerne Meer and the Watzmann.

* No open fire like barbecue or candles.

Es war einfach nur sehr schön

Der Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung bei Fam. Theis war perfekt. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Aussicht von der Terrasse. Wenn wir schönes Wetter hatten ,war die Aussicht atemberaubend schön. Man kann direkt vom Objekt aus in verschiedene Richtungen wandern. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Als Nachbarn stehen ein paar Kühe auf der Weide, was auch sehr beruhigend war. Rund um und im Objekt war es schön ruhig, sauber und ordentlich.

Entspannt und unkompliziert

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist außergewöhnlich, der Blick auf den Watzmann einmalig (wenn man gutes Wetter hat 😉). Saadia und Claus sind unkomplizierte Gastgeber. Wenn man Ruhe und die Natur sucht, ist man hier richtig.

Im großen und ganzen sind waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt in Der Lenz Ferienwohnung vollkommen zufrieden. Das Haus war bei der Übergabe Sauber und mit allem Bestückt was man benötigt, z.b. Zum Kochen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend wenn es mal irgendwelche Probleme gab. Die Aussicht ist wirklich atemberaubend. Ich kann es definitiv Empfehlen. :)

Sensationelle Lage in 1.000 m Höhe mit Blick auf Wazmann und Jenner

Sensationell war der Blick von der Terrasse aus, direkt auf die Wazmann-Gruppe und auch auf den Jenner. Die Vermieterin war außerordentlich nett. Es ist wohl kaum eine andere Ferienwohnung zu finden, die eine solch großartige Aussicht bietet und die so absolut ruhig und fast allein liegt (nur 1 Nachbar). Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Küche, Bad und Terrasse waren ausreichend groß für 2 Personen, sehr sauber, es war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht.
