LOGGERS RUN #5 - 5 BEDROOM TOWNHOME - 3 AND 1/2 BATHROOMS - LOGGERS RUN 5 - BEDDING: KING, QUEEN, PYRAMID BUNK BED, AND BUNK BED. Three stories with a single car garage, mudroom for ski equipment, gas fireplace, and air conditioning. A well-stocked kitchen, a spacious living space with a large built-in entertainment center, and a large master bedroom with a spa tub. Private deck with hot tub. This comfortable and inviting log townhome has slope side access to the Upper Flume(Green).

SLOPE SIDE (short walk to Upper Flume) HOT TUB

AMENITIES: WiFi. Electric Fire Place. Washer/Dryer. Ski equipment storage room. A fire pit with chairs is located at the back door. Free Resort Shuttle stops in front of Loggers Run.

PLEASE CHECK THE AVAILABILITY OF LIFT TICKETS/LESSONS OR BIKE PARK PASSES/BIKE RENTALS/LESSONS BEFORE MAKING YOUR RESERVATION.

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ All last-minute reservations or those booked by West Virginia residents are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.

Easy Stay
We had 4 adults and 5 kids ages 11-6. The house was well equipped for all that we needed. It is a .6 mile walk from the village and that was not a problem for us. If we had done more walking with the kids in their ski boots it would have been tough. The cabin makes it super easy to ski in and ski out. We would walk down a few house to some steps that lead down to Upper Flume. Great stay and would stay again.

Pros and Cons
This is a fairly nice condo. However they can't all be 5 stars and this one is not. I would give it 3.5 if I could. Pros: It is ski in and ski out, and as others have said while it's a bit of a walk to the main village it's very central to a lot of things and a short walk from Top of the World. The kitchen was nice and reasonably well equipped. The main master bedroom (which I graciously let my parents stay in) was very nice. Cons: The Bedroom2 with queen bed has a mattress that I wouldn't wish on anyone. I don't know if I am the first adult to ever sleep in that room, but it made for 3 sleepless nights. The hot tub was so low on water (I would say 12+ inches lower than where it should be) that it was almost unusable. There is a hose bib on the deck, but no hose to be found anywhere in the unit. I would have happily topped it off if I could have. Last, by no means the fault of the owner/property manager, the walls are clearly not insulated in any way. We had very loud groups on either side of us every single night and you could hear everything as though they were in the same room with you.

Great location
Definitely ski in/ski out, walking distance to parts of Snowshoe village but you probably need to drive to the main part. Inside was nice, hot tub worked but may need a little more chlorine. Otherwise very clean. Had some problems with the door code not working and had to make a couple of calls to maintenance, but finally got it fixed.
