We loved staying there. Hosts were very good with communication. There were a couple of maintenance issues but they were handled promptly and professionally. Overall I would definitely stay there again with direct access to the slopes. Thanks for a great stay!

The listing matched the house. It’s a little dated, but was clean. And most importantly, close to the slopes! The hot tub wasn’t working when we were there but they were quick to take care of it. Overall it was a great stay!

We had a great 3-day ski vacation with the extended family. We especially enjoyed the ski-in/ski-out slope access. It allowed all the adults (55-64) and the young adults (19-24) to come and go as they pleased. The well-stocked kitchen allowed us to eat at the condo (our preference) rather than stand in line to eat at a restaurant. Loved the hot-tub! See you next year!

We loved our stay here! This is the 2nd time we have stayed had this condo and really do love it. Good space for 8 of us and location right off of Upper Flume is great. Depending on the snow, we can either take a few short steps to the run on and off or if enough snow, can ski in and out from back door.We had one issue with the heating and the property manager was there quickly to fix it. Well stocked and really enjoy the location. Casago is also great and so easy to check in and out, super friendly, and very responsive!

Great ski-on/ski-off with lots of things provided!
We had 3 families that stayed and had a great time! The home was in a great ski-on/ski-off location and provided a ton of things (toiletries, coffee, towels, etc.). The only negative, which wasn't a big deal to us, was the parking situation in the neighborhood. The first day we were there (Friday) parking was limited. We were able to get two cars in the driveway and one had to park elsewhere. We would definitely stay there again!

Our place was quite dated. The comforters did not appear to be clean. Our porch was not shoveled and someone had to come out just so we could access the hot tub. The kitchen was not clean and we didn’t have any garbage bags in the bin. We struggled with a small plastic bag someone brought with them.
It was quite cold and the fireplace barely provided heat and had a timer that was annoying.

We had the largest snowshoe storm during your stay that we have had in several years, to say it hampered our serviceability is an understatement. Regarding the heating and fireplace, we apologize for any discomfort you experienced. After checking our records I can not find any record of our office being notified of any of these issues. It appears we only learned about the issues when you checked out. We strive to respond to and correct issues in a timely and effective manner.

Great condo, a lot of space to spread out, very well stocked kitchen. Nice to have a ski storage room in back to gear up and walk out to the trail behind. In early December, the lift that runs behind the condo was closed, but still able to ski out and then get back via the shuttle. Nice trip with family, would return here.
