Escape to this beautiful 2,100 sq. ft. home in the heart of New Seabury, Cape Cod located on a quiet cul-de-sac, within biking distance to popular beaches. Very meticulous Homeowners! Recently updated, this air-conditioned home with 4 bedrooms comfortably sleeps 10 guests, has 1.5 baths, a comfy pull-out sectional, an outdoor shower, a four-season Sun Room, and a spacious deck. A semi-open layout fully furnished provides everything you need to enjoy your next vacation. Outdoor area includes an umbrella-covered dinner table that seats 6, hammock, & propane BBQ grill! Bring your golf clubs and bathing suits, but leave your beach wagon, beach chairs/umbrella, rolling cooler at home because that is all here ready for you! Steps away from Fells Pond, you can enjoy Kayaking, Canoeing, Fishing, & swimming. You can also choose from a number of nearby beaches: 25 Minute walk to the New Seabury Town Beach (semi-private), 15 minute bike ride to Popponesset Spit beach (public), 10 minute car ride to South Cape Beach (public), 15 minute walk to the New Seabury market place (dining and shopping), Lure is a 6 minute car ride (great for evening drinks located right on New Seabury beach). New Seabury is the South Cape’s most desired spot for the summer!
Enjoy other cape activities such as: shopping at Mashpee Commons & Downtown Falmouth, hiking on various nearby trails (one in front of the driveway), exploring Waquoit Bay and golfing to name a few!

Driveway can hold up to 3 Cars depending on size of the car. Parking in cul-de-sac on our side only near mailbox. Great house for weddings at New Seabury, Willowbend, or any other venue located on the cape! Minutes away to the Mashpee Commons.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put all towels in laundry to help aid in turnover.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Occup. limited to 12 persons including children and visitors. Only 3 Cars are allowed on premises. Breach of restriction = forfeiture of Sec. Dep.
Linens and all towels are provided. We request to leave the house in a neat condition so that excess cleaning is not required.
Please have all trash ready for Service pick-up by 6 AM on Saturdays. Trash not disposed of at end of this agreement will be subject to a $30 charge

We were on the Cape for a very special family reunion. Ten of us, from 1 1/2 to 67 years old stayed in this lovely home, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The layout was perfect, beds comfortable, and so many amenities. Puzzles and games for the kids, a fire pit where we made s’mores, and even beach toys in the basement. Our family couldn’t have been happier, and we thank our hosts VERY much!

Fabulous family fun

Stayed for 2 weeks with my husband, 2 sisters and their spouses, and 3 nephews aged 3, 7 & 8. Perfect location. Walked to the pond to swim and kayak. Spent lots of time on the deck. Saw a deer twice, and a turkey in a tree. Outdoor shower was great, kids and guys loved it! Jessica and Edson were very responsive. Planning on returning.

Great Rental Just a Short Ride From the Beach

This property came exactly as advertised and was very clean upon checking in. The cul-de-sac was great for our kids using their bikes and scooters and a huge plus. The beach and Mashpee Commons were just short drives away. Would definitely recommend this to anyone and stay here again.
