total waste of money and getaway time

this was a miserable stay ** there was no outside lights at all (unless you had a flashlight in your hand) or could see with the 5 or 6 solar side walk lights stuck here and there. hot tub was nice but you had to stare at a see through green house 10 foot away that had trash piled head high also a camera sitting at the window of it facing the hot tub - supposed to be for adults only 99% of the tv programs were cartoons and etc got charged 50$ a pet instead of 30$ thats stated on the details of property and the list just keeps going .... oh and the golfing grass pool and game room in the photos of amenities... imaginary i could keep going but reached my limit - dont waste hard earned money --- pay an extra 10 or 15 a night and enjoy your time away in a decent place

Secluded and peaceful

Very nice and secluded area. We happened to be there during Apple fest. It was great to be relatively close to town and still have peace and privacy.

Not a good stay do not recommend this host

Host was short and not very responsive. Not once did they apologize for the situation we were put in with no plumbing in the home. We were unable to use the bath or shower the first night and the entire area smelled heavily of sewage where the stopped up line was seeping out if the hose going to the dump tank. Vrbo offered a hotel while repairs were being made but told us we would have to pack everything up and move back and forth. We finally come to an agreement to stay in a hotel throughout the duration of our stay to prevent spending our entire vacation moving back and forth. This was fine since we had nowhere else to go. The host basically just told us to deal with it at first, kept delaying and ignoring our calls until we finally had vrbo contact them on our behalf. Then we were moved to the hotel because it couldn't be repaired in a timely manner. I most our trip almost trying to figure out what to do with my family. We will not be renting from this host again and I would proceed with caution renting this to others. The oven doesn't work and stove top has to be hand lit. The ad says it a two bedroom but it only has a small loft with only a thin very uncomfortable matress on the floor with no head space, you can barely sit up in the bed without hitting your head on the ceiling and the other so called bedroom is a closet with only enough room for a matress that is smaller than a twin and hard as a rock. Although the host was short, rude and uninvolved, vrbo was very helpful in making the situation right when the host refused I give the host 1 but vrbo gets 5 stars for their understanding and quick resolve.
