The main villa can accommodate up to 8 people thanks to its 4 bedrooms. The studios are never rented separately: you're on your own.

- Living room (100 m²): 8-seater sofa, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, fireplace, large picture windows.

- Open-plan kitchen (40 m²): central island, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine. Direct access to the terraces.

- Utility room: American fridge, washing machine, ironing facilities.

- Separate toilet

Upstairs

- 4 air-conditioned bedrooms (12 to 20 m²), with queen-size or double beds and storage space

- 1 shower room + 1 bathroom (bath + shower)

- 1 separate toilet

***Independent studios (open depending on the number of people booked)***


1. Studio 1 (45 m² - 3 people) : Air-conditioned, located 20 m from the villa. Double bed + single bed, shower room with WC, private terrace.

2. Studio 2 (35 m² - 2 people): Air-conditioned, 100 m from the villa, by the stream near the swimming pool. Double bed, shower room with WC.



***The outdoors***


- Terraces: 3 furnished areas, including a large table for 10 people, Fermob lounge and studio area.

- Pool house: Fitted kitchen (plancha, sink, American fridge) + teak dining room, enclosed by bay window.

- Private swimming pool: Salt water (12 x 6 m), 1 to 2 m deep, with separate shower and WC. Open seasonally - heated from June to September.

Situated in the hills above Solliès-Pont, the villa is strategically located just 10 minutes from the motorway, between Toulon and Hyères.

The villa is located on the heights of Solliès-Pont, in a peaceful residential area. Surrounded by greenery, it offers a calm and soothing setting, ideal for recharging your batteries while remaining close to amenities.

Public transport services are mainly available to the town centre below.

The Solliès-Pont SNCF station, which is served by regional trains, makes it easy to travel to Toulon, Hyères and other destinations.

Regional bus services, notably the ZOU! network, also link Solliès-Pont with the surrounding communes.

To reach these services from the villa, a private vehicle is recommended because of the distance and the gradient.

- The person who welcomes you will be available and attentive to your needs throughout your stay.

- To ensure the best experience for everyone, keys will only be given to the person who made the booking.

* Direct surroundings:

- Although perfectly isolated from nuisances, depending on the direction of the wind, distant traffic noise from the motorway below can sometimes be perceived.


** House rules :

- Respect for legal noise pollution hours: A neighbouring house borders the property.

- Parties are strictly forbidden.

- Quiet hours: 8pm to 7am.

- No smoking inside.

- Pets are not allowed.

- All commercial activities are prohibited.

- No unregistered outside guests allowed.

- All external guests must be declared by email, with full name.
