Free resort amenities include: 2 Pools, 2 Pickleball Courts and Sand Volleyball during summer. Resort amenities with a fee include: Restaurant, Club House, Pro Golf Course, Spa and Ice Skating during winter.
24hr outdoor security cameras at all entrances/exits, garage, driveway and locked storage room.

The property was absolutely amazing. Very easy to check-in and plenty of space for children and grandchildren. The kitchen amenities were fantastic - the appliances and kitchen gadgets exceeded what any of us had in our own homes. Beautiful view from back deck. Extremely quiet too.

The house was wonderful. The only issue we had was the lower loft bedroom doesn’t have any air movement and it should be listed as a toddler bed. We had all adults and the ones that were supposed to be in that room were over 100 lbs. the weight should be listed on VRBO website. Overall everything was great

This house was a 10/10 experience. Not only was the property beautiful and well kept, it was within close proximity to all the activities. Perfect for large family gatherings/reunions. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a stay in the Ozarks with a large group/family.

Fantastic for Masters Getaway

Myself and 11 other guys stayed at the house and couldn't have been happier with it. The place was enormous and fit all of us easily. Also couldn't beat the location being right off the 11th tee at Kinderhook. We also had a great time in the game/bar area. Nikki was great and we would absolutely stay again.

Super well equipped house and everything was as expected. Great reviews in the past, and is still a fantastic property. Location was great, we really enjoyed some fishing, swimming and just hanging out looking at the amazing review. We were up for a baseball tournament and it was perfect for a few families to all be together. Would love to stay again if we do the tournament again next year!

Family Wedding

We were in town for my daughter’s wedding and wanted to have our family stay together. This house was absolutely amazing. The decor is beautiful and the downstairs game area was a family favorite. We had plenty of room and we were impressed with how well stocked the house was. We would definitely stay again and will recommend it to friends
