Our Tower 3 twelfth floor 3 bedroom 3 bath condo features floor to ceiling windows providing all rooms with incredible views of the beach, emerald blue waters, and spectacular sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. The condo has 1756 square feet of interior living space. .

All 3 bedrooms are extremely spacious with 3 private bathrooms complete with double vanities. There are Large Flat Screen TVs in all bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals and seating is no problem--dining table for six and seating for three at the breakfast bar.

The condo is equipped with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience!

Not one but TWO balconies create the perfect atmosphere for fun in the sun, relaxation, and privacy at the end of the day.

Long Beach Resort sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico's sugar white sandy beaches. The resort features 2 Polynesian pools(seasonally heated), 3 Jacuzzi spas, and a 6800 square foot lagoon pool complete with palm tree islands, waterfalls & lush tropical landscaping. The HangOut Bar and Grill is conveniently located at the Lagoon Pool.

Long Beach Resort has security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking is directly in front of your building--not across the street--not in a high-rise tight-spaced parking garage!

This is a NON-SMOKING Condo, PETS are NOT allowed, and RENTER must be 25 years of age or older. There is a minimum 2 night stay.

Super-Wal-Mart, restaurants, and shopping are within walking distance. Golf, zoo, water park, Pier Park outdoor mall, theaters, are just a short drive away.

Paradise Destination!!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The condo is everything it says it is! The Resort pools are wonderful and the food at the Hang Out by the pool was really good! Can’t wait to be back in PCB at Long Beach Resort!! See ya soon!!!

Location is great

The condo is spacious. The view is beautiful of the Gulf. We did arrive 30 minutes early and while we were arranging our luggage, we were taken surprise by a woman who walked in said she had just cleaned the place and forgot some of her daughter’s things in the master bedroom closet. It was a little uneasy at night because there is not a deadbolt on the door. The bathrooms need help. The master bath was the nicest bathroom but there was mold and a hole at the bottom of the shower. The other two bathrooms had huge bath tubs but the shower heads were horrible and there was mold along the walls and the tub. Also at 8pm for three nights, the person who lived upstairs sounded like they were hammering something. We had to tap the ceiling several times before they would stop. The pool was small and the lazy river was freezing cold. We will not stay at this complex again.
