THIS UNIT INCLUDES A SET OF FREE BEACH CHAIRS/UMBRELLA DURING SEASON(March 1-October 31)

Our Tower 3 eighth floor 3 bedroom 3 bath condo features floor to ceiling windows providing all rooms with incredible views of the beach, emerald blue waters, and spectacular sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. The condo has 1756 square feet of interior living space. The unit has been recently renovated with large plank flooring throughout, beautiful new counter tops in kitchen with new appliances, and two walk in showers in the master and third bedroom.

All 3 bedrooms are extremely spacious with 3 private bathrooms complete with double vanities. Two bathrooms feature heavily updated walk in showers. There are Large Flat Screen TVs in all bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals and seating is no problem--dining table for six and seating for three at the breakfast bar. The kitchen was updated with new appliances with new granite counter tops and new backsplash.

The condo is equipped with a brand new full size washer and dryer for your convenience!

Not one but TWO balconies create the perfect atmosphere for fun in the sun, relaxation, and privacy at the end of the day.

Long Beach Resort sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico's sugar white sandy beaches. The resort features 2 Polynesian pools(seasonally heated), 3 Jacuzzi spas, and a 6800 square foot lagoon pool complete with palm tree islands, waterfalls & lush tropical landscaping. The HangOut Bar and Grill is conveniently located at the Lagoon Pool.

Long Beach Resort has security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking is directly in front of your building--not across the street--not in a high-rise tight-spaced parking garage!

This is a NON-SMOKING Condo, PETS are NOT allowed, and RENTER must be 25 years of age or older.

Super-Wal-Mart, restaurants, and shopping are within walking distance. Golf, zoo, water park, Pier Park outdoor mall, theaters, are just a short drive away.

Not Clean

Fans were dirty. Doors were dirty. Sliding glass door was extremely hard to open even after we cleaned out lots of crud from the tracks and bought silicone spray for it. Kitchen not stocked well. No vent fans in bathrooms. Middle bedroom stayed hot. Ond dead cockroach upon checking in and another live giant one another day. We have stayed in many units at this resort and we love Long Beach, but will not stay in this unit again.

Amazing Place

The condo is amazing… very comfortable… you might to bring extra shower towels just in case you like to shower every time you come from the beach… they do have towels for all 10 guests! Amazing view and very easy checking and out!

Family beach vacation

Had a wonderful vacation with our kids and grandkids! The condo was perfect for our family with gorgeous views of the beach from living room and all bedrooms. We were in tower 3 and grandkids had a great time in the lagoon pool as well as on the beach. Enjoyed lunch and drinks at the Hangout by the pool. The 2 beach chairs with umbrella were great and used every day! Very close to many restaurants and shopping. LOTS OF TRAFFIC so allow extra time to get to a reservation. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and full size washer and dryer came in handy. The only thing missing was a travel bed for a baby which other condos I have rented always had. It would also be nice if there were a few games and beach toys for kids. Overall the condo was clean and had plenty of seating in the living room and dining room for our whole family. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view of the ocean. Even saw some dolphins one morning! Easy to communicate with Kim's Condos. I would definitely recommend this unit!

Such a fun Spring Break 2023!

We stayed in this beautiful condo with our son and a few of his senior friends. It was a great location! The beach access was awesome and the multiple pools were fantastic. Tons of food options within walking distance. It seemed to be the calm end of the strip so it was never overly crowded or rowdy. The boys had a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to enjoy all the best that Panama Beach has to offer! We’ll be back in a few years when our other son and his buddies want to have their senior spring break.
