About this property

This two bedroom two bath condo is a perfect place for your family to spend a week in September. Have your morning coffee sitting on the patio looking out over the golf course. There are many pools, water slides, and splash pads to enjoy. The San Diego Safari Park is nearby, and the rest of San Diego's attractions are within driving distance. Our family is unable to use the reservation this year, so this is your chance! Enjoy!

Hi we are the Simpsons. We live in San Diego and have been owners at the Welk for decades. It was the perfect place to bring our three sons for a fun getaway. They spent hours in the pool and playing in the rec rooms. Our boys are all grown now, and are not into splash pads and waterslides anymore. So our strategy is to rent our week out until the time when they want to come back with some grandkids. :)

Why they chose this property

The Welk is a great place for sitting by the pool, a quiet morning walk, working out in the gym and of course playing in the pools. We love how close it is to the Wild Animal Park. costco is close by as well as other grocery stores.
