The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sun umbrella, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.


Your holiday house
Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 5 rooms (from which 4 bedrooms), is 140 sqm and can accommodate up to 8 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (fuel oil). Air conditioning per floor. The entrance leads over 5 steps and an external stair directly in the hallway. The rooms are divided as follows:
Higher ground floor: Living room with lounge, TV and DVD. You have access to the 25 sqm terrace with garden furniture and parasol. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Cooking nook in the living room with dinette, dishwasher, gas stove (3 burners), electric cooker (1 board), oven, exhaust hood and refrigerator (freezer). Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and washing machine.
Upper floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed. You have access to the balcony. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC and dryer.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, high chair for children, electric iron, washing machine and dryer. TV or radio channel can be received only in national language.


Location
Zadar. The holiday home is located on a 200 sqm enclosed property. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. On the ground floor there is a quiet commercial premises. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning, central heating (oil). One air conditioning unit per floor. Cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron, washing machine and dryer. TV channels only in local language.


Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early October 3.50 m x 7.00 m 1.50 m deep).
