This home has recently been remodeled and has views from every room. The main living area hosts an oversized living room with new custom furniture providing ample space for hosting friends & family. The entire property has Fiber Optic wifi throughout and a backup cable wifi that will kick in if the first goes out. Indoor / outdoor Sonos surround sound throughout all rooms, 2 flat screen TVs with Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, Netflix, HBO, Hulu, sports packages, YouTube, and more. The kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances, Kitchen Aid mixer, juicer, blender, coffee maker, microwave, and toaster oven.

The two master suites include luxury pillow top memory foam mattresses, hotel quality pillows, and percale Egyptian cotton sheets. The primary master suite takes on an entirely different feel with Cristobal wood flooring and an in-suite bathroom featuring a large 2 person shower with teak flooring and river rock walls. Both master suites open up to the outside patio and take full advantage of the ocean views.

The third bedroom is set up as a kids room with books and toys. This is a true family home.

The outdoor area features a massive covered teak wood patio with BBQ, outdoor dining and living rooms that flow seamlessly to the 27,000 gallon pool and 5 person jacuzzi. The salt water pool is large enough to swim laps or just float and enjoy the views.

The property is fully secure with a gated keypad entrance and a team of roving security guards to ensure you are always at ease.
