Geräumige schöne Ferienwohnung

Leider war das WLAN sehr schlecht und ist immer wieder ausgefallen. Es war leider nicht zu gebrauchen.(Gutschrift !)Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet liegt sehr schön. Leider hat die Wohnung keinen Balkon.

Die Wohnung war ideal fur uns. Großzügige Räume, gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll. Unsere Ebikes konnten wir sicher bei den freundlichen Vermietern in der Garage unterstellen. Der Sprinzenberg ist eine nette Ansammlung von schönen Häusern mit schönen Gärten und sehr ruhig inmitten einer Landschaft von Wiesen.

Ich habe die Vermieter als sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber kennengelernt. Die Kommunikation hat super funktioniert, die Wohnung selber ist geräumig, sauber, schön eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht. Zur Lage: Sehr ruhig am Rande von Waging am See auf einer Anhöhe mit Blick auf die Alpen im Garten. Waging am See ist schnell erreicht, nach Salzburg sind es 25 Minuten.

Erholung an einem Ort mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten

Auch bei einem nur einwöchigen Urlaub kann man hier schnell Erholung finden. Wir haben besonders die zentrale Lage zu den verschiedenen Highlights in Oberbayern und Oberösterreich genossen. Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden! Die Wohnung war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Sie hatte eine moderne und vollständige Ausstattung in Küche, Bad und Textilien (Handtücher, Bettbezüge). Der Parkplatz war aufgrund seiner Notwendigkeit der Lage sehr praktisch. Das Sofa könnte für verregnete Aufenthalte bequemere Kissen vertragen. Die Aufteilung und Größe der Wohnung war für zwei Personen sehr angenehm. Die Vermieter waren freundlich und zuvorkommend, sogar bei unserer späten Anreise. Insgesamt waren wir überaus zufrieden.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir waren zusammen mit unserem Baby für eine Woche zu Gast. Die Wohnung und Ausstattung war perfekt für uns. Es hätte sogar eine Waschmaschine gegeben. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist wirklich sehr nett und sympatisch. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (u.a. Bäcker) sind kleine 5 Minuten entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. 😊

Ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung in einer schönen Gegend

Die Wohnung befindet sich sehr ruhig gelegen ca. 2 km außerhalb von Waging auf einer Anhöhe. Vom See zur Wohnung sind ca. 100 Höhenmeter zu überwinden. Die Wohnung ist für 2-3 Personen sehr geräumig, sauber und gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Tolles Badezimmer mit sehr geräumiger Dusche. Die Brötchen vom nahe gelegenen Bäcker in Otting (3 Min. mit dem Fahrrad) sind sehr zu empfehlen. Aufgrund der ländlichen Umgebung wären Fliegengitter an einem Fenster in jedem Raum wünschenswert. Da die Nachbarhäuser an 2 Seiten der Wohnung relativ dicht an der Wohnung stehen, würde ein Sichtschutz mindestens im Bade- und im Schlafzimmer für mehr gefühlte Privatsphäre sorgen. Dass wir für den Aufenthalt Kurtaxe bezahlen mussten wurde uns erst kurz vor unserer Abreise gesagt. Es steht allerdings in dem Inserat der Wohnung bei FeWo-direkt an keiner Stelle ein Hinweis darauf. Hier wäre mehr Transparenz wünschenswert gewesen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation mit ihnen ging immer sehr schnell. Wir haben hier schöne Tage verbracht und von hier aus Salzburg, den Chiemsee und die nähere schöne Umgebung erkundet.

Absolut schöne Ferienwohnung, ruhig gelegen

Urlaub in Waging am See

Tolle Wohnung mit allen was man so braucht. Sehr nette, hilfsbereite Vermieter. Sehr ruhige Lage, aber nur 2km bis zum Ortskern und zum Supermarkt. Und die Gegend ist sowieso ganz toll, sowohl der Waginger See (Strandbad Seeteufel!) als auch die nahen Alpen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Schöne Wohnung in schöner Umgebung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts (ausser ggfs. Fliegengittern in den Fenstern). Die Wohnung liegt etwas ausserhalb - was uns aber bewusst war und gar nicht stört. Nette Vermieter mit vielen Tipps. Der Auftenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
