Easy access to all the major attractions and sight seeing’s towards the Old San Juan, Condado, Miramar and all major venues like Coliseo de PR, Coca Cola Music Hall and Centro de Bellas Artes. If you travel for work is a perfect location near many local offices of tech companies such Red Ventures, Wovenware, BrainHi, etc. and also near co-work spaces like Piloto 151, co.co.haus, The Landmark. A short drive of 7 minutes to the beach. Located in Santurce, one of the most top ten populated neighborhoods in the capital city, that includes many cultural spots for art, music, cuisine and graffitis. Located walking distance to many spots including Calle Cerra graffitis, Placita de Santurce bars, Calle Loiza, Walmart, hospitals, museums, beach, etc. 10 minutes from the airport..

Bedroom...Super private, big with a queen stylish bed, closet, lovely desk with a comfy modern chair, beautiful curtains, a/c and ceiling fan.
Bathroom..nice bathroom with hot water, mirror cabinet and hooks to hang towels and beach clothes..
