Large terraced house with communal pool open from June to September, located a few meters from Grifeu beach, in Llançà. It is distributed over two floors (the third, for private use). Ground floor: has two double bedrooms, bathroom and garden area. First floor: spacious and very bright living-dining room, kitchen and terrace overlooking the pool and a small toilet. Equipped with air conditioning,TV, oven and washing machine. Includes outdoor parking. For 4 people. [hidden]
