Set on approximately one hectare of wooded land, the property enjoys a truly verdant setting. You will enjoy a beautiful concrete swimming pool (4 x 8 m) as well as a charming sheepfold, adding to the unique character of the property. Ideally located, the house is just 40 minutes from Ajaccio and Ajaccio Napoleon Bonaparte Airport, 30 minutes from the beaches, and in close proximity to the rivers and typical villages of the region. For everyday needs, the village has a grocery store open year-round as well as a bar, offering a pleasant and friendly local atmosphere.
