Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please only strip used sheets and pillow cases (do not strip comforters or mattress protectors the maids will do this) and towels that you used, put them in the washer and start a load of laundry.
Take out trash to garbage bins on street, keep lid closed, be careful going to the bins at night as there are bears in the area.
Turn off all lights, all fan heaters and baseboard heaters in the condo. Lock all windows and doors behind you. (Tap the black screen on the main door to lock it)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Food in the bedrooms. All check out rules will need to be complete upon your departure or an additional fine for cleaning will be in place.
NO ANIMALS on furniture/beds - Any excessive pet hair found on furniture will be subject to a fine. Keep your pet on a leash and pick up after them.
Cabin has outdoor cameras for safety. Do not touch or dismantle the cameras. The cameras are there to keep everyone safe and comfortable.

Beautiful property! The condo was perfect. Very comfortable, clean and cozy. It is nestled between pine tress with beautiful surroundings. Lida was a perfect host easy to get in contact with, and she responded within minutes. We will definitely be back for a longer stay!

The condo was great! Well stocked with everything we needed for a Long weekend in the pines. Plenty of beds for a family of five. The property is very quiet and felt safe. Location is away from the busy streets of Pinertop. Would stay again!

Perfect getaway!

The condo was exactly as described. There is lots of space and plenty of room to sit and relax or have a conversation over morning coffee. It was easily accessible from the highway and less than five minutes from town.

Cute cabin, good location. Lida was very responsive and welcoming. My only mild critique is there is no AC so it can get really warm inside. There are two floor fan’s available which help. All and all a good experience!

We spent the weekend at this rental. It was the cleanest rental I’ve stayed at in years! Everything was pristine and just as pictured/described in the listing. Property manager was great to work with and immediately gave a call back when I buggered the keypad and got us locked out for a bit. She got us in the unit ASAP. Would stay here again!

Beautiful condo set amongst the pines. The home was beautifully decorated, clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the HUGE couch was a great place for our family to snuggle up for a movie. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us!

Cute spacious family friendly condo

This is a very cute, spacious condo in Pinetop. We have been coming to pinetop for 25 years and used to stay in this same complex in our family condo for many years. The condo was clean and comfortable. We had an issue with acouple of supplies that the cleaning crew didn’t stock properly but the owner was amazing. She was very receptive and apologetic and she found a solution to allow us to get what we needed. We would definitely stay here again.
