Housed in a 19th-century country house, situated on 2 hectares of land planted with olive trees, oaks, linden trees, fruit trees, and vineyards, offering a beautiful, unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside. “La Chouette paisible” combines authenticity (exposed stone walls, kitchen with Salernes terracotta tiles) with modern touches (wrought-iron mezzanine...). Outside, there’s a saltwater pool to cool off in (4x8m, 1.5 m deep, secured by barriers), shared with the owners (pool access from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM), a pétanque court, a private shaded terrace for dining, and the option to picnic in the valley below. ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGE: beds made upon arrival, bath linens provided, central heating, and end-of-stay cleaning included. Ceiling fan in the living room. Just 900 m from the charming medieval village, its shops, and the municipal park located at the foot of the limestone hills, where troglodyte caves have been carved out.
