Au Coeur du Rocher is a nice villa located on the hillside of Vitet, Nested in the Heart of Rocks, thought only for you.
This elegant, very comfortable and private 3 bedrooms villa offering a dramatic view over the ocean and landscape.
DON'T MISS IT.
The heated pool is perfect to enjoy all year long!!
The spacious air conditioned living/kitchen opens onto the covered terrace, pool and view, with an outdoor living, dining area for 8, and guest bath. The pool, with its surrounding terrace, is well exposed to enjoy the sun. The sun terrace has an outside shower (with hot water), and gas BBQ. You can enjoy Sonos surround sound system from everywhere connected to TV (dish-network) , radio, Apple TV, or your music from your device through Sonos App.
Wireless internet connection available throughout the villa! (Free) (Fiber coming soon!)

The 3 bedrooms are very private. The master 1, located on the first floor, left side of the villa, with its own bathroom that features both a bath tub and a shower, hair dryer; TV/DVD (dish network), Apple TV.
The master 2, on the same level on the right side, with its private bathroom is wheelchair access.
The 3rd bedroom, located on the lower floor is more like a private apartment, accessible by the inside or directly from the parking by outside steps. Mini-bar and coffee maker, satellite TV.
Enjoy the large private terrace with a sitting area and a table for 2!

Incredible property

We stayed at Villa ACR with a group of friends. Everything about this property exceeded expectations. The view, the accommodations and the owner's hospitality were all above and beyond

Great Villa in Vitet

When I first booked it, I was a little nervous about location/distance from Gustavia/restaurants we like to frequent. Was pleased to see it was not a bad drive at all. The villa is immaculate and very well equipped. (We had a cocktail party and wanted for nothing as far as glasses/champagne buckets/serving trays/etc.) Has great electronics, and just as important, straightforward typed out instructons on how to use them. Pool is excellent (heated), deck is private, and not unlike most villas, the view is fantastic. My only small criticism is the fact that the bushes needed trimming, as you could not see the ocean while in the pool. Ludo (the owner) is fantastic: made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this villa.

Exceptional Stay

The pictures don’t do this villa justice; it’s even better in person. The property is perfectly maintained with sleek built-ins in the kitchen and closets. Our host, Ludo couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. He was incredibly responsive, met us at the airport and helped us plan with recommendations for our boys. We appreciated the daily maid service. The villa is perfectly situated with exquisite views. The kitchen is well equipped, and the outdoor shower was wonderful. We loved the relaxing time in the pool and can’t wait to return.

Fabulous house

From the moment we booked to the moment we departed Ludo took incredible care of us! The house is exactly as advertised, simply beautiful! The views are spectacular, the house is clean , comfortable and well stocked with all the amenities needed for a perfect vacation!! We will definitely be back!

From the heated pool and views to the most equipped and beautiful kitchen that chef Jacques loved to every amenity, and wonderful bed-you out did your selves on this luxury stay on your beautiful island. Home from Home

We booked Au Coeur du Rocher for a few nights in August whilst visiting from Anguilla and loved the villa so much we decided to stay for longer. Ludo and Karine could not be more helpful with all arrangements and everything for our stay, a fantastic owner couple. As villa owners ourselves we thought we had thought of everything when building our own villa but this villa has everything you need. The kitchen is perfect and fully equipped for those nights you wish to eat at home. The decor is modern, clean and extremely comfortable and the terrace view is amazing and relaxing. Our son made full use of the pool and the alarm system is ideal if young ones are roaming free, so no worries. The sound system is fantastic and throughout the whole villa so you can relax at all times whilst lazing away. St Barths was as welcoming as ever and Ludo and team made our stay fantastic. We know we will be coming again and again in the future and intend to make two centre holidays between Anguilla and St Barths our regular pattern. I was loath to write this review as people will surely book and we may not be able to visit again but Ludo and Karine deserve all the praise they can get for the way they ensure your vacation time is maximised. We have found a true home from home and will be visiting again and again! Thank you! Paul & Linda

Why they chose this property

St-Barth is a paradise, safe and secure, nice beaches, good restaurants, water sports, massages, sunsets on catamaran and so much more!!!
Nothing is far, never more than 20 minutes driving.

We love Vitet: calm, wonderfull views, you can walk around from the villa in Vitet.
One way, at 5 minutes driving: water sports like Kite surf, jet-ski, surf, wind surf, beach restaurant like La Gloriette, gastronomic restaurant like Le Toiny; and other way to Lorient at 5 minutes (market, bakery), St-Jean at 10 (supermarket, airport, beach, restaurant)and Gustavia (town) at 15min.
