Casina del Biondo is a small stone house, recently renovated, which lies on the hills of the small village of Monte S Savino; the cottage is perfect for a romantic vacation for two or for a small family.
There is a pretty small Jacuzzi pool which will be perfect for all seasons.
Due to the location of the property guests can enjoy a beautiful view of Monte San Savino and the Val di Chiana.
INTERIOR

The interior of La Casina del Biondo is comfortable, harmonious and in typical Tuscan style; it extends over 2 floors.

Ground floor: living room with fireplace and sofa-bed, small bathroom, stairs leading to the garage, kitchen with door leading to a beautiful panoramic terrace and table for outdoor dining.

First floor: master bedroom, double bedroom, bathroom with shower.

Accessories: dishwasher, TV-SAT, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, Internet access, charcoal barbeque, Jacuzzi, airconditioning (only in the bedrooms)


OUTDOOR

La Casina del Biondo has its own independent access. The small garden is very nice and completely fenced. Customers have at their disposal a Jacuzzi (no heated water) which measures 2,40 x 2,00 x 0,98(depth) located in the garden with chairs and umbrellas for the hot summer days.

The price includes: electricity, water, cooking gas, internet wi-fi, pool towels, bed and bath linen with weekly change, 1 cot, 1 highchair, use of pool and garden

The price does not include: final cleaning 80.00, pets ( 5,00 each per night), Tourist Tax 1,50 Euro/person from 14 years up, for max, 5 days

On request: heating upon consumption, extra change of linen ( 12,00/person), air conditioning if used(0,80 Euro per kilowatt hour),extra cleaning ( 12,00/hour), firewood ( 20,00/100 kg)
