The following services are subject to an additional charge, available only upon request, and must be booked at the time of making your reservation:

Full Moroccan breakfast: €3.50 per person.

Traditional Moroccan lunch or dinner (starter, main course, dessert): €20 per person.

On-site, Zaika will prepare these meals with the expertise of a true Moroccan chef and will ensure your comfort throughout your stay.

IMPORTANT: Please review these regulations before making your reservation:

-In accordance with Moroccan law, Moroccan couples or mixed-nationality couples (if one spouse is a Moroccan national) must present a marriage certificate at check-in

-It is strictly prohibited to bring or consume illegal substances within the accommodation or residence.

-Please note that all forms of sex tourism are strictly prohibited in Morocco. Failure to comply with this rule may result in serious penalties, including immediate deportation and legal prosecution.

-You are asked to be considerate of the area (quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.) and to respect local customs and traditions. Parties and events are not permitted

-In the event of non-compliance with good neighborly rules or if disturbances are observed, the agency reserves the right to terminate your stay early.

-For security reasons and to ensure a smooth stay, only individuals listed on the reservation are authorised to enter the property. The entrance is under 24-hour video surveillance and monitored by security guards.

-Regarding the use of the pool and balconies, the tenant is responsible for their family and children; the Agency disclaims all liability in the event of negligence on the part of the tenant.
