This new area of thatched holiday homes is situated in an idyllic location, exactly opposite the island of Poel, nestled in the picturesque Baltic Sea landscape on the gently curving Eggers Wiek. Away from the hustle and bustle you can enjoy heavenly relaxation in the healthy sea air. The new house built in 2015 under thatch - with a direct view of the Baltic Sea - is located on a 1,200 m² plot just 500m from the Baltic Sea beach.

Lachmöwe

Ferienhaus liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Eine große Grünfläche lädt zum Spielen ein. Ein wirklich schönes Ferienhaus. Ein netter Vermieter stets behilflich. Allerdings müsste vom Vermietungsservice etwas mehr auf den äußeren Bereich des Hauses geachtet werden. Der Balkon war durch Vögel verschmutzt ( nicht benutzbar) und Spinnweben waren überall. Sicher lässt sich dort Abhilfe schaffen. Natur ist überall, Hasen und Rehe haben uns ständig besucht. Vögel sind heimisch in der Grundstückshecke.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, am Rande einer FH-Siedlung gelegen, ruhig mit Blick auf die Ostsee. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Den naturbelassenen Strand haben wir für ausgedehnte Wanderungen am Wasser genutzt. Wir konnten in diesem sehr schönen Feriendomizil Kraft und Energie für die kommenden Wochen schöpfen!

Ein perfekter Urlaub mit Kind

Vielen Dank, wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und uns sehr gut erholt. Haus, Garten und Strand bieten alles für einen gelungenen Familienurlaub. Der Meerblick aus der ersten Etage ist phantastisch. Die Schaukel im Wohnzimmer wurde zum Lieblingsplatz, die Bilderbücher zu Lieblingsbüchern, selbst Bausteine sind vorhanden. Solche Kleinigkeiten wie ein richtig guter Milchaufschäumer zeigen, wie toll die Ausstattung ist. Wir freuen uns schon auf nächstes Jahr!

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Wir hatten mit der Familie einen schönen, erholsamen Kurzurlaub in der wundervollen Lachmöwe. Das Haus enthält alles was man benötigt und noch einiges mehr. Alles ist liebevoll, stilvoll und stimmig eingerichtet und es wurde an nichts gespart. Die Betten lagen sich für alle gut, was eigentlich sonst nie der Fall ist, da es für den einen oder anderen immer zu hart oder zu weich ist ;). Der Ausblick über das Feld ist der Hammer. Der Weg zum erstaunlich schönen und schnell zu erreichenden Strand ist schön und voller Obstbäume. Der einzige kleine Nachteil ist der sehr nah gelegene große Campingplatz, dessen Geräuschkulisse den Abend ein wenig stört. Aber auch das hält sich im Rahmen. Rund herum sind weitere schöne Reethäuser mit Miturlauber, von denen man in diesem Haus aber nur wenig mitbekommt. Die Lage der Lachmöwe in der Ferienhaussiedlung ist wahrscheinlich die beste. Wir waren sehr glücklich und haben alles genossen! Vielen Dank und gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns in diesem wunderschönen Haus rundherum wohlgefühlt. Sogar das Problem in der Küche wurde extrem schnell gelöst. Eine kleine Verbesserung ist uns aufgefallen- es fehlen Fliegengitter im unteren Geschoss. Aber sonst haben wir nichts zu meckern😊 Dadurch, dass das Haus ganz am Ende liegt bekommt man aus dem Gebiet nichts mit und ist für sich.

Tolles Reetdach Haus

Wir hatten eine rundum sehr positive Erfahrung mit dem Haus Lachmöve. Das Haus ist in top Zustand und sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Der Service bezüglich ein- und auschecken war durch die Vermietungsagentur sehr angenehm und problemlos. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage

Wunderschön gelegenes Reethaus in einer eigenen kleinen Siedlung. Riesengroßer Garten, perfekt für Familien mit Kindern. Das Ferienhaus ist optimal ausgestattet mit allem was es braucht. Auch für Die Bespaßung der Kinder ist vorgesorgt. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Leider war das Objekt nicht richtig sauber. Es lagen Haare und Krümmel in den Ecken und Schubkästen. Alles in allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden wieder kommen.

rundherum ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Das Objekt ist super gut ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Sogar an die ganz kleinen wurde gedacht. Ich habe noch nie ein so gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus vorgefunden. Deshalb ein großes Lob an Sie, Herr Lacher, für die Ausstattung! Auch die Außenanlage sowie das Equipment war top. Unser Sohn war begeistert von dem Spielzeug, besonders der Fahrzeuge, im Schuppen. Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage und das ist genau das, was wir für unseren Urlaub wollten!

Familienkurzurlaub Februar 2020

Ich habe erst 3 Tage alleine und dann 2 Tage mit meiner Familie inkl. meines 1,5 jährigen Enkels verbracht. Das versprochene Treppenabsperrgitter konnte leider nicht zur Verfügung gestellt werden, wodurch es etwas anstrengend wurde. Das Haus ist tatsächlich sehr schön und auch gemütlich eingerichtet. So dass wir uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt haben und auch ausreichend Platz hatten. Der Naturstrand ist auf jeden Fall toll zum Spazierengehen und zum Baden bestimmt auch. Das Hinkommen über den aktuell sehr matschigen Weg war nur etwas nervig. Alles in Allem fand ich den Preis für Nebensaison letztendlich etwas zu hoch.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgerüstet und es gibt gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Kleiner Spaziergang zum Strand und alle waren Happy. Kurz gesagt, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Ein Traum von Urlaub

Das Haus lässt mit seiner Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen, liegt wunderschön mit Blick aufs Meer und nur wenigen Minuten Fußweg zu einem sehr schönen Strand. Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal hier und kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder.
