Charming house close to the beach and Mers les bains

Welcome to our beautiful house completely renovated in 2024, ideally located just 15 minutes from the beach on foot, accessible by two pedestrian paths.

Perfect for holidays with family or friends, it offers comfort, calm and a green setting for a rejuvenating stay.

Spacious and bright house with an area of 140 square metres that can comfortably accommodate 6 people, consisting of a large living room of 40 square metres, plus a convivial living room overlooking the garden and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals like at home.

The bathroom with shower and separate toilet are on the ground floor as well as a first bedroom of 15 square metres with a bed of 160X200 garden view.

On the ground floor, bedroom n°2 with a bed of 160X200 with an area of 17 square metres and room N°3 with an area of 15 square metres with 2 beds of 80X200. All beds are new and equipped with duvets and pillows.

Outside: Large, private garden, of 1500 square metres with terrace equipped with a barbecue, garden furniture ideal for outdoor meals and moments of relaxation and games.

Parking is private in front of the house for several vehicles.

Beach within walking distance for days of swimming and lazing around.
Close proximity to restaurants, cafes and local shops. Water activities, hikes and excursions nearby.

Tourist and cultural sites to explore in the area.
A short distance away, you have many tourist sites to visit:
· The Baie de Somme, an UNESCO World Heritage Site, is 35 km away (several walks are proposed: seal watching, ride in an old steam train).
· Saint-Valéry sur Somme and its medieval city 40 km away (I recommend it).
· The Marquenterre Ornithological Park, the largest in Europe, at the mouth of the Baie de Somme, 45 km away.
· The great annual kite gathering of Dieppe 25 km away.
· Mers-les-Bains and its 1900 villas 8 km away (not to mention its beach, swimming pool and water activities).
· The Château d'Eu, the collegiate church and its French-style park 10 km away.

We had a wonderful stay here at Maggy and Laurent's beautiful home. It's a very beautiful, well equipped and maintained house, with a lovely garden and terrace wrapping around it. There's a dishwasher, barbecue and a nice kitchen. The atmosphere is peaceful and there are a variety of great walks nearby. You can walk to the beach along the fields at the end of the road. Maggy and Laurent communicated clearly and the check in and out was friendly and an easy process. They are very responsive of you have questions. Their love for their house really shines through in the decor and high quality finishes.

Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet und war top-sauber. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht und der Weg zum Strand in 10/15 Minuten zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. :) Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans cette belle maison, spacieuse et lumineuse. La maison est idéalement située, dans un endroit très calme, à quelques minutes à pied de la mer et des commerces. Elle vient d’être remise à neuf et tout était impeccable. La maison correspond parfaitement à la description de l’annonce. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, chaleureux et enthousiastes ! On a déjà envie d’y retourner !

Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique dans la charmante maison de Maggy et Laurent. Ils nous ont contactés à l’avance avec des informations utiles et ont répondu à toutes nos questions, puis nous ont réservé un accueil chaleureux à notre arrivée. La maison était très reposante. Nous avons profité du jardin et du logement spacieux. Il y avait largement assez de place pour toute la famille. La maison est joliment décorée et très bien équipée. La cuisine est moderne et contient tout ce dont on a besoin, y compris un lave-vaisselle. Nous espérons pouvoir y séjourner à nouveau lors de notre prochaine visite à Criel.
