Welcome to Holiday House #73 at the highly sought after Desert Color Resort community! From the moment you walk in the door, you will enjoy a relaxing and fun-filled vacation. Downstairs you will find a master bedroom with an ensuite and an open concept living, dining, and kitchen space. This kitchen is well-equipped with everything you could want when preparing a meal for your group away from home. When you head upstairs, you will find 2 more bedrooms, including a second master bedroom with ensuite before you head up to the 3rd level loft. This upper level boasts a full pull-out sofa, a pop-a-shot basketball game, and a beautiful rooftop deck to enjoy those Southern Utah evenings outside. Feel free to bring the little ones along, who will love a wagon ride over to the resort pool or around the neighborhood!

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Rooftop yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies—where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or lagoon—are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!

**Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.
