Our open floor plan, two story villa is only a quick walk from Hilton Heads most gorgeous sandy South Forest Beach. Walking distance to Players Club Fitness Center, Van de Meer Tennis Center and shops, restaurants, and splash pad at Coligny Circle and the new Celebration Park. Enjoy bike riding on the islands over 50 miles of bike and hiking trails. This villa is located a short distance away from the South entrance of Sea Pines where you can enjoy dining at the Salty Dog, touring Harbor Town where you will find a marina, dining, boat tours, or you can climb the Lighthouse.
The villa was renovated in 2016 with a brand new kitchen that included, beautiful kitchen cabinets, stainless appliances, granite counters, bathrooms remodeled w/ new stone tile, vanities & LVP flooring in 2019, A designer update was completed which included new paint, furniture, bedding, and accessories throughout the villa. This villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen for cooking and a washer and dryer.

Winter Getaway

We loved the property! It was very clean and the location was great! We had a few issues that were corrected by management in a timely manner. We have a few suggestions…the unlevel entranceway out side was a bit dangerous. We tripped several times at night, and my husband fell once. There was no can opener, but we bought one and left it there. Instructions for the TV would be helpful. Also, a chair upstairs in the master bedroom would be nice. Thank you. We enjoyed our stay.

Great stay at Hilton Head

We had a very nice stay! The condo was spacious for our party of 6. Each bedroom has its own bath and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes that you need for a week stay. We also appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas and wagon that was on the back porch. It was a nice walk to the beach and the swimming pool is just across the parking lot! Thank you!

Awesome Beach Rental Property

Everyone in my family loved the space. It was super practical for everyone, close to the beach, and clean. Appreciated that it did not have a laundry list of items to do at the end of our stay, which is a nice change from other rentals we've stayed at. Only complaint was the back door being somewhat difficult to open/close, but other than that the property was great. Highly recommend renting bikes to ride around Hilton Head as there are bike paths to everywhere. Makes it super easy to explore Hilton Head and take it all in.
